Dr Hannah Fry is an Associate Professor in the Mathematics of Cities at the Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis at UCL where she studies patterns in human behaviour. Her research applies to a wide range of social problems and questions, from shopping and transport to urban crime, riots and terrorism.

Dan Makoski is a design executive who leads innovation by design.
He is Chief Design Officer at Lloyds Banking Group, leading a multi-disciplinary human-centered team with the singular goal of helping Britain prosper through empathetic and courageous design.
He was Head of Design at Walmart (the Fortune 1), started Project ARA at Google, designed the original Surface at Microsoft, led design research globally at Motorola, and was the first VP of Design at Capital One.
The common thread across his career is the belief that design is most powerful when it's an expression of service, and innovation is most impactful when it fosters openness and inclusion.
Most importantly, Dan knows seven versions of the running man.
James serves Customer Insights Professionals. He is the leading global analyst tracking and defining the value and impact of digital customer information on digitally transforming businesses. His digital intelligence models recognize the big data and advanced analytics approaches that transformed businesses have taken to continually optimize and evolve decisions, experiences, and actions. With his research and experience, he works with senior leaders on insights strategies for sustained market differentiation. Johan C. Aurik
Johan Aurik served as Kearney’s Global Managing Partner and Chairman of the Board from 2012 to 2018. During term in leadership, the firm significantly grew its revenues and impact with clients globally, and expanded its presence to over 60 offices in 40 countries. Under Johan’s direction, the firm bolstered its digital and transformation capabilities, launched an industry-leading NEXT digital solution platform, expanded senior hiring, strengthened brand equity and external partnerships, and launched an award-winning talent development program.
Prior to his election to Global Managing Partner, Johan led the firm’s operations in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions from 2009 to 2012. In addition, Johan served as a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and its Global Operating Committee, co-led the firm’s consumer industries and retail practice, and led Kearney’s operations in the Benelux countries.
Johan is a frequent and passionate speaker and author on the impact of digital change on business and society. He is co-author of two books -- The Future of Strategy (McGraw-Hill, 2015) and Rebuilding the Corporate Genome (Wiley, 2002) -- and is currently working on a third.

Leo Kelion is the BBC's Technology Desk Editor, where he oversees the broadcaster’s online coverage of the topic as well as providing expertise to its TV and radio news programmes, including analysis of developments in artificial intelligence. He was also a producer on two recent Panorama documentaries, one about Huawei, the other Amazon. He has been at the BBC since 1999. Prior to his current post, he worked on its business and economics news in London and Singapore, and earlier to that produced films for Newsnight Scotland.
Pier is responsible for three areas of the organization in Europe: the Visa Data Science Lab which provides the insight to support the delivery of our strategy and our client strategy, the Operational Excellence team, responsible for improving the end to end experience for Clients working with Visa and the Contract Management Team, in charge of managing the long term Incentive Agreements with our clients.
Pier brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services, process improvements and operations to Visa. Prior to his current role he was the Executive Operations Sourcing and Business Continuity Management Leader at GE Capital International from 2010 to 2015.
Earlier in his career, Pier was the CFO & Chief Compliance Officer at BBKGE in Spain and the CFO of GE Money Auto in Mexico from 2004 to 2010.
Pier holds a MSc in Electronic Engineering & Bio-Engineering from the Politecnico of Turin. His other qualifications include a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, a DRII CBCP certification in Business Continuity Management and he speaks fluent English, Italian and Spanish.
Stephen Donajgrodzki has over 20 years’ experience in helping to change behaviours. The application of Behavioural Science has change from his early days in agencies where awareness was key, through to heading up Behavioural Science globally for Kellogg where awareness is seen as a side effect of helping people act.
Whilst working for the Cabinet Office Stephen helped lead the workstream into Behaviour Change and Communication. This work was part of the team lead by Richard Thaler, it pioneered and codified a lot of techniques still used today. At Dentsu, helped create one of the first behavioural consultancies aimed at the private sector before moving to Ipsos to create their Behavioural Science practice.
George is a technology Leader, engineering the platforms to deliver Fractal’s leading-edge AI and analytics offerings to clients.
His area of engineering specialization, spanning over 21 years, is in executing complex IT projects across diverse technology platforms for large clients, as well as building highly scalable, enterprise-grade products. He is a leading practitioner in the area of operationalizing AI and Analytics at scale and has implemented this for several Fortune 100 firms across their global offices.
His industry leadership experience includes being the Chairman of the NASSCOM Karnataka Regional Council, and the Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce, Karnataka Chapter.
He comes with a keen interest in using technology to constantly enhance the limits of AI and analytics offerings to clients.
Natwar is the business head of Cuddle.ai – an AI-powered platform for Business Analysis incubated within Fractal Analytics. A part of the leadership team of Fractal for more than a decade now, he has been instrumental in building Fractal’s CPG practice & consulting with several Fortune 100 companies across the industries. He was also instrumental in building Fractal Sciences, the data science & technology lab of Fractal that led to various products like Concordia, Trial Run, Customer Genomics.

Srikanth Velamakanni is the Co-Founder, Group Chief Executive & Vice-Chairman of Fractal Analytics.
