Ajoy is the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer of Fractal.ai. He heads Fractal’s capabilities in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Cloud & Data Technology. He is also leading functional capabilities of Supply Chain, Financial Planning & Analysis, Integrated Marketing Effectiveness, and Digital & Web Analytics. Ajoy has been in analytics and AI roles for more than 20 years.
Before Fractal, Ajoy was the Country Credit Risk Head for the consumer portfolio of Barclays India. He was in a Leadership role in Consumer Credit Risk Management at Standard Chartered (Prime Financial), CitiFinancial, and GE Money. He is experienced in Risk Modelling & Analytics, Risk Policy & Portfolio Management, Collections Strategy, Underwriting & Fraud Control.
Ajoy received his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) at Calcutta and bachelor’s in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.
