David Yeo

David is a Client Partner and leader in the insurance practice, supporting client relationship management, program delivery, and practice development. He has over 25 years of consulting experience across strategy, data and analytics, process excellence, and IT.​

David has built and led the strategy and internal consulting function for a top 20 global insurer with project oversight across major functions, including underwriting, claims, servicing, customer experience, and merger integration.​ He enjoys helping insurers leverage analytics to enhance business performance by improving risk assessment, optimizing claims decisioning, and delivering on seamless, effortless customer and agent/broker experience.

Prior to Fractal, David has worked with Booz & Company, BearingPoint, and QBE Insurance Group​. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School (HBS) and completed BA, Economics, from Yale University​.
