Deb is a Partner at Council Advisors (CA) where she spearheads their digital transformation practice and is a senior advisor to World 50, a C-Suite Leadership Development & Networking Company which houses the G100 Network. As Vice Chair of SSA & Company, a CA portfolio company, founded and oversees their Digital Transformation Practice. Previously, Deb was a 30-year executive leader at P&G of which 15 years were in a C-Suite level position. During her time at P&G, she served as President and Senior Executive Officer of P&G’s $20 billion Beauty Business while simultaneously serving as President and Senior Executive Officer of P&G’s e-Business which touched nearly half of P&G’s then $86 billion global business. She also served as President & Senior Executive Officer of P&G’s $15 billion Asian Business & for P&G’s $15 billion Baby Care Business.
Deb spent seven years on Fortune’s US and International rankings of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business. Deb serves on the Board of Directors at publicly held companies including American Eagle Outfitters, Corning Inc., and Meritage Homes. Deb previously served as Chair of the Board at Accupac and on the Board of Directors for Sprint, Staples, and the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). Deb has been listed by Women Inc. as one of the 50 most powerful female board directors.
Deb serves as a Senior Advisor to Omni Bioceutical Innovations and a portfolio of tech start-up/scale-up companies including Fractal Analytics, Nuvo, and Innovaccer.
Deb gives of her time and talents to several learning and charitable institutions. She is currently Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at St. Bonaventure University and serves on the board of Trustees at Syracuse University. She was formerly on the Boards of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Xavier University.
Deb is a thought leader on topics including leadership, digital transformation, and diversity. Her work has appeared in top-tier publications including Fortune, Bloomberg, and Huffington Post. Deb authors a blog: Run2Digital. Deb partnered with academics from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business on groundbreaking research on women on corporate boards which was published in Harvard Business Review and MIT’s Sloan Management Review.
Deb is an advocate for the health & education of children. Under Deb’s leadership of P&G’s Live, Learn and Thrive Program, Asia delivered more than 325 million Liters of clean drinking water to Asia’s poverty ridden and disaster struck areas improving the lives of more than 100 million children in Asia. Deb’s efforts were recognized with the dedication of a Vietnamese School in her honor.
Deb has a BA in Mass Communications from St. Bonaventure University, an MA in Advertising from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications and an Honorary PhD of Humane Letters from St. Bonaventure. Deb is married to her husband, Sean, and is mom to three children: Caitlin, Connor, and Shannon.
