Evolution of Data Scientists

Analytical concepts have been around for 50+ years, but the developments over the last decade have brought analytics right in the center of most businesses. We, at Fractal, in last 13 years have experienced the evolution of data, its applications and its impact on businesses. In this session, I will share our insights on what it takes to build a world-class analytics team and the role of data scientist in that team. I will be sharing real examples on what it takes to hire right data scientist, what differentiates them from the generic analytics talent pool and how to organize them to deliver the overall analytics charter.

About the Speaker

Led Fractal as part of its leadership team through multiple growth stages over the past decade. Natwar led the data-science and technology agenda for Fractal & its clients, built & grew CPG practice amongst others, conceptualized & delivered analytics technologies like Concordia & Trial Run. He was instrumental in building a top-notch data-science team providing the right foundation for the growth.
