Senior Consultant, Marketing Analytics

As a Marketing Senior Consultant, you will analyze marketing and sales data, perform ROI analysis, customer segmentation, market mix modeling, Next Best Action etc.

Responsibilities: 

  • Engage with clients to drive scoping discussion, solution design, and manage an offshore team
  • Work with Business partners & Senior Leadership, building analytics capabilities
  • Understanding business problems, requirements and translating it to analytics problem statement
  • Conduct intermediate to advanced statistical analysis on Marketing and Sales data
  • Create predictive models, train and leverage machine learning APIs, build machine learning solutions
  • Prepare and present written and verbal reports, findings, and presentations to key stakeholders, distilling complex statistical information into easy-to-understand business language
  • Apply knowledge of U.S. businesses and corporate groups and relevant industry knowledge to analysis and insight

Qualifications:

  • 5-9 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Marketing Analytics & Customer Analytics domain
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Knowledge of R/Python mandatory
  • Should have at least 4-5 years of hands-on modeling experience on SAS or R
  • Knowledge of at least a few analytical approaches required
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing/campaign analytics
  • Experience in Python / Machine Learning
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Should have worked on engagements that require interpreting findings & extracting insights
  • Up to 80% traveling
