John LaRocca, Managing Director, North America, and Europe Human Capital oversees human capital efforts, talent and performance management, organizational change efforts, staffing, benefits, and compensation. He works to create a culture that drives Fractal’s growth objectives by enabling Fractalites to be their best and to succeed both professionally and personally. A relative newcomer to the Human Capital team, John leverages a career of people leadership and a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams. John has a history of identifying and developing strong talent, an ability to work effectively at multiple levels within an organization and to engage multi-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
John has held a variety of leadership roles within the company in HR, operations, and client and practice leadership. Before his current role, John was the Practice Head and Relationship Leader responsible for a multi-functional team dedicated to bringing Fractal’s capabilities and assets to drive joint value between clients and Fractal through institutionalizing business-building advanced analytics.
Prior to joining Fractal, John had many years of experience applying decision science and business intelligence in the consumer packaged goods industry. He built and led analytics, media solutions, and multi-functional client teams at IRI, Ipsos, and Dunnhumby. Earlier, John worked in the marketing sciences teams at Avon and Kraft.
He has a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Ohio University.
