Pranay Agrawal is the Non - Executive Director of our Company. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of our Material Subsidiary, Fractal USA. He is responsible for, among others, strengthening client partnerships, delivering overall revenue growth and increasing the visibility and scalability of Fractal. He holds a bachelor’s of commerce degree from Bangalore University and a post-graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He received the Young Alumni Achievers Award in the field of entrepreneurship from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in Fiscal 2019. He has over 25 years of experience in the technology sector. He is one of the founders of our Company and has been associated with our Company since its incorporation.
Klaus Kleinfeld is a German business executive renowned for leading major industrial corporations. He earned a master's degree in business administration and economics from the University of Göttingen in 1982 and a PhD in strategic management in 1992.Kleinfeld spent two decades at Siemens AG, rising to CEO and leading the company from 2005 to 2007.Subsequently, as chairman and CEO of Alcoa Inc. from 2008 to 2016, he guided the aluminum producer through dynamic economic times. In 2017, Kleinfeld became CEO of the NEOM project, Saudi Arabia's pioneering sustainable city. Kleinfeld later founded K2Elevation, an investment and development firm, and has advised on global economic initiatives while authoring works on leadership resilience. Most recently he wrote a book called "Leading to Thrive: Mastering Strategies for Sustainable Success in Business and Life”.
