Fractal’s CSR strategy is anchored in clearly defined thrust areas aligned with our CSR Policy and the provisions of Section 135 and Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013. These focus areas address social and environmental challenges that align with our values, and capabilities. Each thrust area is supported by a clear objective and focused interventions designed to deliver meaningful outcomes while meeting statutory CSR requirements.

For more than 12 years, we have worked closely with communities through targeted interventions across our core focus areas.
