Previously, Anuja was the Global Delivery Head for Fractal’s Financial Services practice, helming customer experience and analytics solutions while overseeing the P&L for the vertical. A recognized thought leader, she has spoken at events like NASSCOM and AWS on AI’s role in banking. She was honored as one of India’s “40 under 40 Data Scientists” and featured in the “Women in AI” series by IndiaAI.
Anuja holds an M.A. in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and a B.A. in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College. She is passionate about harnessing AI to enhance customer experiences and accelerate decision-making.
