Dylan is Chief Alliances Officer and leads the Partnerships & Alliance function at Fractal. This includes business development, marketing, and co-selling with cloud hyperscalers and data & AI platform companies.
Previously, he led Neal Analytics, an Azure-focused consulting and services company that was acquired by Fractal. Dylan has over 25 years as a technology strategist and consultant with leadership experience in software and analytics solutions using global delivery platforms. He has deep expertise in machine learning, data engineering, mission-critical applications, and organization-wide strategic transformation initiatives. Prior to leading Neal, he worked at The Arnold Group, PwC: Strategy & (formerly Booz Allen Hamilton), Microsoft, e-Emphasys Technologies, and Infor (formerly Baan).
Dylan has a keen interest in the evolution and automation of work and workflows through the convergence of data, AI, apps, insights, and automation. He is focused on the delivery of delightful customer experiences through the embrace of data and insights coupled with “real-time touches” . He believes the emergence of a more efficient and safer world is possible through optimized decisions and actions that humans and machines must achieve together.
He has an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management, MMM from Northwestern University – Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science and B.E. (Electronics) from Mumbai University.
