About the Speaker
Raj is the Chief People Officer. She started her career in analytics 16 years ago, and has been a delivery and consulting leader. With cross cultural and diverse experience across Insurance, CPG and Hospitality industries, Raj’s focus has been on embedding and institutionalizing analytics. She has led multiple engagements to codify and scale analytics across business units. In her current role, she is responsible for leading the human capital team and building a great place to work.
