Al Amador

Al brings extensive experience from the information technology field as a director of numerous enterprise implementations as well as over two decades of keynote speaking, communication training, teaching, coaching and facilitating. Al’s specialty is bringing teams together to work on the key areas of; trust, meaningful conflict, commitment and clarity. He has a passion for coaching directors and teams, as well as a reputation for connecting with both senior business and technical leaders.

Currently, Al works regularly with CEOs and executive teams in quickly and effectively applying the concepts captured in all of Pat Lencioni’s books. His clients span a broad spectrum of various industries, including technology, retail, pharmaceutical, healthcare, telecommunications, cable, manufacturing and others.

In addition to his work with consulting clients, Al serves on the Table Group Consulting Executive Committee where he has responsibility for business development as well as coordination of our consultants across the Western U.S.

Prior to joining the Table Group Al’s positions included; program director for credit card security at Kaiser Permanente, director of technology services for Bare Escentuals, and intranet services manager for Robert Half International. Al has led numerous technical teams in the UK, India, China, Japan, Germany, and Latin America.

Al lives with his wife and two children in Lafayette, California.

Andrea H. Bierce

A results-oriented, strategic thinker working within the “C” Suite, Andrea has a distinguished career as a consultant, business advisor, banker, and operating executive. Her contributions relate to establishing robust Governance, Risk and Compliance programs, improving Client and Employee engagement, establishing ESG Programs, creating meaningful reporting, meeting regulatory requirements, and providing the evidence regulators desire, reducing costs through such actions as offshoring, vendor consolidation and transforming the organization. She brings strong managerial and leadership expertise to the Board, with great ability to drive decision making in a collaborative fashion while offering keen insights. She has extensive international experience building revenue, enhancing growth, and augmenting talent. She has proven competencies and executive leadership skills in creating vision, direction, strategy, and execution. She is recognized as one of the foremost experts in designing and implementing best in class client experiences leading to increased revenue, better employee engagement and reduced attrition. She has been quoted in over 300 periodicals globally and appeared on National television in the U.S. and Mumbai Live.

In addition to her Board roles, Andrea most recently was a Managing Director with Gupton Marrs International, a boutique consulting firm of former KPMG Partners focusing on Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Reporting. She joined Gupton Marrs from Wachovia Bank, where she led Customer Experience and Loyalty across the enterprise. Prior to Wachovia, she was a part of the CEO’s Office of Bearing Point, the former KPMG Consulting. Before that move, she was a Partner with Kearney, running the Business Process Offshoring Practice globally. While at Kearney, she was awarded their top three Firm Awards for Innovation, Thought Leadership and media visibility. Before joining Kearney, Andrea spent 22 years at KPMG, New York as a Financial Services consulting partner. She was the lead partner on Morgan Stanley globally which became the largest client in financial services in the United States. Andrea held other corporate positions as the Assistant Treasurer of the JC Penney Company and Assistant Treasurer of Deutsche Bank. She received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and majored in Economics. She attended the Yale School of Management Executive Education Program.

She is currently an Independent Director with UBS Bank USA and serves on the Audit & Risk Committees. She is also an Advisory Committee Member to one of the World’s largest Consulting Firms (1 of 4 members). In 2022, she became part of Kearney’s [email protected] She was invited to be a member of International Women’s Forum. She acts as the Co-CEO of the Colonnade Society which provides critical funding for the Lee Institute, a Leadership Institute, and the Duke Mansion.

Her past industry associations include her role as a Former Independent Director, for Cyient, Ltd., (the former InfoTech), a public company in Hyderabad, India, where she chaired the Strategy & Client Engagement Committees, and the Diversity & Inclusion Subcommittees of the Board. She was also the Former Trustee of the Center for Economic Development, in Washington D.C.
