Ajoy Singh

Ajoy leads engagement delivery and heads capabilities development for Customer & Loyalty Analytics, Integrated Marketing Effectiveness, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Big Data & Visualization.

Prior to Fractal, Ajoy was the Country Credit Risk Head for the consumer portfolio of Barclays India. He was in Leadership role in Consumer Credit Risk Management in Standard Chartered (Prime Financial), CitiFinancial and GE Money. He is experienced in Credit Risk Policy & Portfolio Management, Collections Strategy, Underwriting & Fraud Control.

Ajoy received his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) at Calcutta and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.

Akhil Behl

Akhil is the Head of Data Science, North America, with over nine years of experience using mathematical, statistical, and computational tools to solve decision-making problems in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, insurance, and other industries.

Akhil has played a significant role in shaping and evangelizing Fractal’s thinking in data science with clients. He has also incubated and led Fractal’s retail & customer experimentation product business in various industries​. Further, he developed real-time bidding algorithms using Bayesian Optimization and other Machine Learning (ML) methods for a Fortune 50 CPG company.

Akhil has also developed subrogation models from unstructured data using text mining algorithms and HPC tools.​

He has a keen interest in designing experiments in business applications, ML at big data scale, optimization methods, unsupervised learning methods, entity resolution. He has an MS in Economics from IGIDR, Mumbai, and a BS in Mathematics, Hansraj College, Delhi University.

Anindya Sengupta

Anindya is a Client Partner and offshore delivery lead in the insurance and healthcare practice. He comes with over 16 years of experience in executing and implementing projects in predictive analytics and reporting-enabled solutions. He is a thought leader, driving business transformation through AI, engineering, and design.

Anindya is an expert in solving tough business problems and implementing solutions across the insurance and healthcare value chain using advanced AIML techniques. He also guides solution design and client value realization for insurance and healthcare practices.

Anindya has a keen interest in enabling every human decision from the lenses of AI, engineering, and design. He has completed his M.Sc and M.Phil in Economics from IGIDR, Mumbai, India.

Arpan Dasgupta

Arpan is the chief practice officer for Financial Services, Telecom and Digital.

He comes with 17 years of experience spanning consulting and business management roles, enabling large organizations to improve business performance through a concerted application of AI, digital technologies, data, and operating model transformations.

Arpan specializes in re-imagining front-office functions – customer experience, sales, marketing, digital and care. He focuses on the development of new AI products and scalable solutions. He has previously worked with Booz & Co and American Express.

He has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He comes with a keen interest in driving organizations closer towards cognitive technologies in day-to-day operations and unlocking large capacity for growth using the power of AI, Engineering, and Design.

Ashwath Bhat

Ashwath is a member of the executive leadership team and CFO at Fractal, driving growth with efficient capital allocation. He comes with over twenty-one years of corporate finance experience, FP&A, commercial finance, controllership, finance operations, treasury, supply chain management, pricing, M&A, and tax.

Ashwath is a finance leader with global and multi-market experience with a demonstrated history of business partnership to accelerate growth and improve business performance. Before Fractal, he worked with GE, IBM, and Nielsen.

Ashwath completed his Finance Management Program from GE and is a Chartered Accountant from India (ICAI).

Bhaskar Roy

Bhaskar is a Client Partner and part of the Asia-pacific leadership team, driving digital transformation for Fortune 500 clients across industries. He has worked globally, with significant exposure to North America, Europe, Singapore, and Australia. He comes with experience of over 16 years across banking, financial services, hi-tech, industrial IoT, and retail.

With his expertise, he helps enterprises drive better decisions with the right strategy and problem-solving approach, leveraging the power of AI and the Cloud. He has also co-developed two patent solutions in the areas of predictive analytics and resource optimization.

Prior to Fractal, Bhaskar was in leadership positions with Target (Enterprise Risk – Minneapolis and Bangalore), Accenture Digital (Customer Analytics), and Genpact (Lead Consultant – Financial Services)​.

Bhaskar has a keen interest in using the power of AI and Cloud to drive customer experience, simplify processes, solve real-world problems, and have an impact on people​. He has done his MA in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi​ , and BSc (Honors) in Statistics, from Delhi University.

Biju Dominic

Biju is the Chief Evangelist of Fractal and Chairman of FinalMile Consulting.

At Fractal, he is playing the new game that is emerging at the intersection of human and machine intelligence. He is driven by the belief that the more we understand the inscrutable algorithm in our brains, the better will be the technology we develop for our machines.

In the first 18 years of his career, while working with various advertising agencies, he had a traditional approach to dealing with human behavior. His dissatisfaction with this traditional paradigm led him to co-found FinalMile Consulting in 2007. Combining learning from Neuroscience, Behavioral Economics, and Design pioneered the practice of Behavior Architecture.

He is a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, and an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources Development from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.

David Yeo

David is a Client Partner and leader in the insurance practice, supporting client relationship management, program delivery, and practice development. He has over 25 years of consulting experience across strategy, data and analytics, process excellence, and IT.​

David has built and led the strategy and internal consulting function for a top 20 global insurer with project oversight across major functions, including underwriting, claims, servicing, customer experience, and merger integration.​ He enjoys helping insurers leverage analytics to enhance business performance by improving risk assessment, optimizing claims decisioning, and delivering on seamless, effortless customer and agent/broker experience.

Prior to Fractal, David has worked with Booz & Company, BearingPoint, and QBE Insurance Group​. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School (HBS) and completed BA, Economics, from Yale University​.

Dipita Chakraborty

Dipita is a Chief Practice Officer and leads the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) global practice at Fractal, designing and implementing transformative solutions for our clients.

Dipita has over 25 years of experience in enabling decisions with analytics across the largest CPG enterprises globally. She is passionate about driving impact at CPG companies by adopting a user-centric approach and implementing analytics that increase both the speed and value of decisions. Her expertise spans marketing, revenue growth, digital commerce, innovation, consumer and demand analytics.

Dipita founded The Modeling Group, an analytics consulting firm helping Fortune 500 CPG companies allocate marketing and trade promotion resources to drive profitable growth. The organization was later acquired by Nielsen. She has held various global leadership roles at Nielsen, designing & implementing analytics programs for the growth of clients.

She has a keen interest in interconnecting decision spines in organizations, digitization of decisions with AI & engineering, NextGen revenue growth with omnichannel commerce.

She has a Masters in Management and Policy from the University of StonyBrook, the USA, and a BTech in Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, India.

Divya Rakesh (Div)​

Divya is the founding member of the Streamflux.ai platform and is responsible for evangelizing and business development for the platform. He comes with over 20 years of experience in development, leading teams, client relationships, and product management.

Divya is entrepreneurial in his approach with experience of founding two profitable startups. He specializes in identifying, consulting, and building solutions that involve AI and machine learning. He has earlier worked with companies like IBM, Infosys, Cap Gemini before collaborating with smaller organizations and startups. He loves helping people navigate through complex jargon with easy-to-understand examples for clarity and simplicity. He believes in empowering decision-makers by building sustainable and scalable AI solutions for enterprises.

Divya has completed his B. Tech in civil engineering from NIT Warangal.


Don is the sales & business development leader and member of the executive leadership team at Fractal.

Don is a top-performing and competitive sales leader equipped with over 25 years of success and new business development experience. He possesses a track record of spearheading multimillion-dollar sales. He has proven leadership capability coupled with cross-continental expertise in business development, sales management, and execution.

Previously, Don has held a leadership position, leading sales teams at Capgemini, Infosys, and Standard Chartered Bank. His interests include transformation driven by AI and design thinking in customer-facing functions, especially in financial services and healthcare. Don has an MBA in marketing from the University of Mumbai.

Guha Athreya​

Guha is the product and technology leader for Samya.ai business unit. He comes with over 18 years of experience in predictive analytics and product development. Guha specializes in helping enterprises future-proof their business processes. He supports reimaging the business process in a post-AI world and creating products that manifest and embody the future state. He has a keen interest in ensuring that the best of human and machine intelligence is used to drive higher levels of objectivity and reduce bias in decision-making.

Guha has previously worked at Grainger, AbsolutData, Volvo, and Ingersoll Rand. He has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Bangalore University and a master’s in systems and operations from IIT Madras. He has also completed disruptive strategy from Harvard Business School.

John LaRocca

John LaRocca, Managing Director, North America, and Europe Human Capital oversees human capital efforts, talent and performance management, organizational change efforts, staffing, benefits, and compensation. He works to create a culture that drives Fractal’s growth objectives by enabling Fractalites to be their best and to succeed both professionally and personally. A relative newcomer to the Human Capital team, John leverages a career of people leadership and a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams. John has a history of identifying and developing strong talent, an ability to work effectively at multiple levels within an organization and to engage multi-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

John has held a variety of leadership roles within the company in HR, operations, and client and practice leadership. Before his current role, John was the Practice Head and Relationship Leader responsible for a multi-functional team dedicated to bringing Fractal’s capabilities and assets to drive joint value between clients and Fractal through institutionalizing business-building advanced analytics.

Prior to joining Fractal, John had many years of experience applying decision science and business intelligence in the consumer packaged goods industry. He built and led analytics, media solutions, and multi-functional client teams at IRI, Ipsos, and Dunnhumby. Earlier, John worked in the marketing sciences teams at Avon and Kraft.

He has a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Ohio University.

Kathy Leake

Kathy Leake is the CEO and board member of Crux Intelligence – an AI-based personal analyst for business professionals.

Kathy is a serial entrepreneur and founder of several technology companies, from ideation, scaling up to combined revenue of $45MM. Before Crux Intelligence, Kathy was CEO, Co-Founder, and Chairwoman of Qualia (acquired by ALC). Qualia is a pioneer of cross-device technology with a big-data platform that ingested and processed 1.5 petabytes of data and 100 billion signals, mapped to 600 million devices.

She was also the founder of Dstillery, a Social Targeting company. She developed the positioning, strategy, and go-to-market blueprint and successfully drove the company from pre-revenue to $20 million in revenue and $100 million in valuation in 2 years.

Kathy is published in industry-leading publications, including Forbes, Ad Age, Ad Week, eMarketer, CMO.com, MediaPost, Business Insider, Tech Crunch, GigaOM, Mobile Marketer, Venture Beat, and Internet Retailer.

She has been awarded Forbes “Top 11 Women Who Started Amazing Companies” and “America’s Most Promising Companies” (Qualia & Dstillery). Kathy is recognized for leadership at innovative companies by Inc. Magazine, TechCrunch, and SmartCEO, to name a few.

She has a BS in Business Admin & Management from the University of Southern California. Her interests include harnessing data and technology, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, probabilistic modeling, and algorithms for big data, to build innovative businesses.


Param leads the design capability for Fractal across all its services and product businesses.

Before Fractal, he has worked for IDEO, Dr. Reddy’s, Kantar, GE Healthcare, and Sapient Corporation. He comes with over 22 years of experience with roles that span across design-led innovation, design thinking, design ethnography, and interaction design.

Param specializes in helping organizations use design thinking to drive innovation, customer-centricity, and delight. It further includes – identifying people’s unmet & un-articulated needs and creating new products & services. He also focuses on re-imagining the future of organizations, designing delightful product & service experiences for customers, exploring disruptive business models that might threaten one’s industry, and re-designing employee performance management systems & culture.

Param completed his Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and has a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication from Loyola College, Chennai.

Pavan Palety​

Pavan is a growth leader for new industries and geographies, across all services and product businesses. He has experience of over 15 years spanning across roles in business development, customer success, and regional P&L leadership in analytics and AIML.

Pavan founded a Sequoia-funded startup, Samya.ai, now acquired by Fractal. It’s an AI-led demand forecasting product aimed at the CPG industry. He has been an advisor to various Indo-US startups and now looking to grow in the US and Europe.

Pavan is passionate about selling large and complex deals to Fortune 500 clients based in the US and Europe across industries. He is also interested in building, developing, and leading high-performance sales and customer success teams, consistently exceeding revenue targets and client expectations.

He has previously worked at TCS, Mu Sigma, and MarketsandMarkets. He has a bachelor’s degree in Technology from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy, and completed a senior executive finance program from London Business School.

Phil Melson​

Phil is a Client Partner and leader in the retail practice. He works closely to define and refine the most pressing business challenges, develop a customized analytic approach & distill data into clear insights and recommendations to unlock value for the enterprise.

Phil has over 20 years of consulting and analytics experience working directly with many Fortune 500 retailers globally. Some of his key engagements include redesigning an extensive dollar chain pricing strategy to be more localized and reflective of the competitive and macroeconomic factors; guiding a regional grocer on its M&A strategy and its ultimate execution; leading efforts to understand drivers of renewal for one of the US’ most extensive warehouse club membership programs & redesign the value proposition and partnering with one of the largest global retailers to successfully accelerate analytics & insights discipline in their international markets.

Phil has a keen interest in using analytics to uncover the drivers of consumer behavior, connectivity among price, promotion, and assortment, and geographic clustering & multivariate analysis on store/customer-level performance. Additionally, he is also passionate about the cross-pollination of analytic techniques and frameworks across industry domains.

Phil has done his bachelor’s in business administration from Catawba College and MBA from Wingate University.

Pranay Agrawal

Prashant Warier

Prashant heads Qure.ai – our healthcare business using deep learning to help diagnose disease and recommend personalized treatment plans from healthcare imaging data.

He has 15 years of experience in architecting and building advanced analytics solutions in the fields of personalized marketing, targeted digital advertising, merchandize planning and network optimization. Prior to Fractal, Prashant founded AI-powered personalized digital marketing firm Imagna Analytics which was acquired by Fractal in 2015. Earlier, he worked with SAP and was instrumental in building their Data Science practice.

Prashant has a PhD and MS in Operations Research from Georgia Institute of Technology; BTech from IIT Delhi.

Rajeswari Aradhyula

Raj leads M&A integration. Her passion is people, culture, and building an inclusive workplace. In her career span of over two decades, Raj’s focus has been on building engaged teams and driving a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Raj has a Master’s in Mathematics, and in her most recent role, she was the Chief People Officer at Fractal. Previously, she has also played consulting leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies in the hospitality, insurance, and CPG industries.

Ram Prasad

Ram is a member of the executive leadership team at Fractal and leads FinalMile Consulting to do pioneering work in the development sector. He has co-founded FinalMile and has built a world-class team of behavioral scientists and designers.

He has built the development sector practice at FinalMile and led multiple successful endeavors in global health and development across continents, involving health areas like HIV, Reproductive and Maternal Health, Financial Inclusion, Road Safety, Nutrition.

Ram has several published papers in academic journals and is a regular speaker at conferences. He has worked previously with Unilever and Wipro. He has done a Masters in Finance and Marketing from The Chartered Financial Analysts of India and a Bachelor in Business Management from Bangalore University. His interests lie in integrating AI, Data Science, Behavioral Science, and Design to address complex health and social challenges.

Rasesh Shah

Rasesh is the CIO and Head Global Business Services. Prior to joining Fractal, Rasesh was the Offshore Unit Head for a large account, managing over 600 people at Mastek, and a Group Software Manager at Tata Infotech Ltd. (now part of Tata Consultancy Services).

Rasesh received his MBA from NMIMS and Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Mumbai University.

Rohini Singh

Rohini is the Chief People Officer at Fractal with over 16 years of multi-functional experience. She has worked across a range of industries such as Consulting Services, Aviation, Manufacturing & Retail. Key skills include leading cultural transformation, change management, talent acquisition, and talent management.

Rohini joined Fractal to set up the Global Talent Acquisition Capability and lead Special Initiatives. She also incubated the Wellbeing function at Fractal and gave shape to the firm’s charter on diversity and inclusion.

Rohini has previously worked at Jet Airways, Essar Group, and Amrop International. She has a keen interest in using AIML and analytics to drive people decisions that impact employees through their career journey within the organization. Rohini has a bachelor’s and Master’s in Psychology (Organizational Behavior) from Delhi University.

Rohit Joshi

Rohit is the leader of ANZ business, responsible for growth, client development, and P&L. He comes with over 19 years of experience in the ICT, Cloud, Data Analytics, and AIML industry, with a focus on start-ups in Australia and New Zealand.

Rohit has worked with some of the most admired ASX 20 brands in BFS, insurance (P&C, health), telco, CPG, and aviation. He is keen on delivering insights at scale by bringing in the relevant data to power AIML and democratize consumption. He has previously worked at Infosys, Gartner, Macquarie, and HP.

Rohit has a bachelor’s in Management from Southern Cross University and a Masters’ degree in Information Technology from the University of Southern Queensland.

Sagar Shah

Sagar is a Client Partner and part of Fractal Dimension focused to solve complex problems using AI, engineering, cognitive sciences, and human-centered design. He has consulted with Fortune 100 C-suite to strategize and deliver over a hundred impact programs in marketing, sales, finance, e-commerce, analytics, IT (Information Technology), and R&D functions.

Sagar is amongst the early Fractal members driving 100X growth over 14 years. He works towards solving sustainability, Responsible AI, gender-neutral fashion, cyber-insurance, C-suite growth agenda, insurance underwriting, healthcare digital adoption, home loans, disintermediation for DTC, rethinking customer acquisition, and engagement with personalization 3.0, among others.

Sagar has actively worked with NASSCOM, supporting two initiatives: responsible AI framework and unlocking the value from India open government data (data.gov.in). He is an active speaker at conferences and LinkedIn live sessions.

He is also the author of the novel ‘Overrated’ and is working towards writing another one in the non-fiction category ‘A millennial apologie.’ He has a keen interest in solving complex problems for business, society, and the planet with an inter-disciplinary approach in a responsible, inclusive, and sustainable manner.

Sagar has completed his bachelors and master’s in chemical engineering from IIT, Mumbai, and has done research at NCBS Bengaluru, and the University of Karlsruhe, Germany.

Sandeep Dutta

Sandeep is a member of the executive team at Fractal and is the Business Head for Asia-pacific region. Additionally, Sandeep is helping take Fractal’s healthcare AI product (Qure.ai) to market. He also leads a few of our strategic client relationships globally and heads our Gurgaon office.

Sandeep has close to 24 years of global experience spanning IT, BPO and E-Business with companies like Mphasis, TCS, HP and Wipro. He has played leadership roles in P&L Management, Strategy, Business Development, Operations and New Business start-up. He has worked in the US, Europe and India Geographies and has managed extended sales and delivery teams in these regions.

He has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, MBE from Delhi University and BA (Eco) Hons from Sri Ram College of Commerce.

Sangeetha Chandru

Sangeetha is the Chief Practice Officer for Retail. She has 22 years of experience, having served in progressive leadership positions with some notable global retail brands in both industry and consulting. She has deep expertise in leading and managing large-scale retail transformations by leveraging insights to drive long-term value creation.

At Fractal, Sangeetha is focused on driving capability building and delivering transformational value to existing and new clients.

Prior to Fractal, Sangeetha was the National Operations Transformation and Retail Consulting Leader for Deloitte Canada. Prior to Deloitte, Sangeetha was part of the executive leadership team at Sobeys where she led the Corporate Strategy function. She has had the opportunity to work across the retail value chain including Merchandising, Supply chain, Store Operations, eCommerce, and Strategy and this helps her bring an operators mindset to helping her clients.

Sangeetha has a keen interest in using analytics and AI-powered insight to create a seamless customer experience and transform retail businesses to thrive in the future. She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Madras. She has also done her Master’s in Science from the Claremont Graduate University.

Sankar Narayanan (SN)

Sankar is a member of the executive leadership team at Fractal and global practice leader for Banking, Insurance, Healthcare & Technology.

He has 18 years of multi-market experience supporting more than 100+ organizations achieve measurable top line/bottom line impact through AI, Data Engineering & Design. Keen interest & expertise in customer analytics, marketing & sales effectiveness, cost optimization, and functional transformation through advanced analytics. Previously with IBM, SunGard and Sallie Mae Corp. in business analysis & product development.

He has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Bachelor of Engineering, Control Systems from Madras University, and Big Data Opportunities, Challenges & Applications certificate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Satish Raman

Satish serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Fractal, where he drives group-wide formulation, development and execution of Fractal’s corporate strategy, including leading the company’s efforts in corporate development and long term capital planning, origination, execution and deployment.

With over 20 years of experience, Satish has deep expertise in strategy, corporate development, corporate financings and investing. Over the course of his career, he has worked at start-ups, an investment bank, a Big 4 firm and in Fortune 500 environments to create, build, and drive strategies for revenue growth, global expansion, enhanced shareholder value, and market leadership. He also has tremendous multi-cultural experience, having worked across the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Since joining Fractal in mid 2017, he has led the $200 million investment from Apax Partners, the acquisitions of 4i and Final Mile, Samya.ai, Zerogons (Streamflux); the strategic investments in Senseforth.ai and Analytics Vidhya; a minority investment in Rx.Health; and the external equity financings and spin outs of Qure.ai and Theremin.ai. Prior to Fractal, Satish held various roles at Sutherland Global, Spark Capital and KPMG.

Shailendra Singh

Shailendra is the Chief Growth Officer at Fractal. He comes with over 27 years of experience spanning building a unicorn, Samya.ai, acquired by Fractal. Shailendra specializes in guiding enterprises with their GTM strategies, helping them scale, win clients and become successful in the journey. His expertise helps build commercial effectiveness, ensuring that customer acquisitions are strategic and profitable with a win-win relationship.

At Fractal, Shelly is focused on building new geography, helping in the acquisition and growth of the select practice, and contributing towards the billion-dollar revenue company across services businesses.

Previously, Shelly built Samya.ai as the founder and CEO. He has also worked at MarketsandMarkets, Mu Sigma, IBM, and Daksh. He has a keen interest in monetizing data, getting signals and avoiding noise, and empowering people to make impactful and sustainable decisions using the power of AI, engineering, and design. Shelly has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University, ICWAI, from Delhi, and completed an executive program for negotiations from Harvard Business School.

Srikanth Velamakanni

Srikanth Velamakanni is the Co-founder, Group Chief Executive, and Executive Vice Chairman of Fractal, one of the leading players in artificial intelligence and digital transformation. Fractal’s mission is to power every human decision in the enterprise and to use the power of AI to help the world’s most admired Fortune 100 companies. Since Srikanth co-founded Fractal in 2000, the company has raised more than $300 million USD from private equity investors and has empowered more than 100 Fortune 500 companies with its AI, data, and analytics-driven business strategies. Under his leadership, Fractal has developed several product lines within the company, including Cuddle.ai, Eugenie.ai, and Qure.ai. Srikanth serves on the board of Qure.ai – which has recently received 16MM USD in funding less than three years after incubation.

Srikanth is also a Co-founder and Trustee of Plaksha University, which focuses on core engineering, AIML, and mathematics, and promotes interdisciplinary learning by bringing together science and liberal arts. In addition, Srikanth is a member of the NASSCOM Executive Council, where he serves as a subject matter expert on data and AI. Prior to co-founding Fractal, he was an investment banker, working on structured debt and CDOs.

Srikanth’s passion for AI and analytics has made him a thought leader in the space and an admired public speaker. He considers himself a lifelong student of mathematics, behavioral economics, neuroscience, and consumer behavior. In his free time, Srikanth reads an average of 40 non-fiction books a year on these subjects, as well as memoirs, biographies, and books on leadership. He also actively follows US politics and American late-night talk shows, such as Stephen Colbert, Trevor Noah, Hassan Minhaj, and Jimmy Kimmel.

Srikanth completed his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, and holds an MBA in Management, Finance and Marketing degree from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.

Sumit Tayal

Sumit is a Client Partner and leader in Technology, Media & Entertainment practices. Based in London, he is responsible for driving customer success for Fortune 500 clients in the US, UK, and Europe. He leads consulting, solution development using AI, Engineering & Design, P&L management, and practice development. He has over 14 years of experience in analytics and in the early part of his career he also partnered with Financial Services and FinTech companies.

Sumit has been associated with Fractal since 2007 and has expertise in influencing business outcomes of varied nature including Customer experience, Revenue uplift, Cost reduction and Operational efficiencies, delivering 50+ programs on legacy and cloud platforms. He is passionate about developing problem-solving approaches based on first principles thinking and converting ambiguous canvas into structured roadmaps. He has appreciation towards creating reusable solutions and had co-created an AutoML platform, brAIn.ai, for driving acceleration and standardization in modelling workflows.

Sumit has co-authored whitepapers, one of which got featured in The Economist: Transforming the content supply chain through AI-driven forecasting of linear viewership and optimization of linear schedules, Enhancing customer experience by bringing together AI, Engineering & Design, Implications of COVID-19 on cable tv & streaming business and Orchestrating enterprise-wide recovery from COVID-19.

Sumit holds an MBA in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai.

Suneet Khanna​

Suneet is a Client Partner in APAC Practice, leading our partnership with a HealthTech and Consumer Goods major. He has over 18 years of experience in account management, management consulting, and decision sciences consulting across the US, Japan, APAC, and Europe.

Suneet has consulted clients in the TMT and retail sectors and driven multi-million dollar per annum gains from digitalization in customer-facing and operations functions. In TMT, he consulted semiconductors manufacturing, strategy, and related Private Equity due diligences, influencing $1-3 billion investments.

Before Fractal, he has worked with McKinsey and Co., REC, and Mu Sigma. He is keen on making analytics and data science consumable, by bridging the analytics-business value chains with problem structuring, design thinking, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Suneet completed his Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Pune, India, MS EE from Pennsylvania State University, and MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Suraj Amonkar​

Suraj drives the AI @scale division at Fractal, focusing on novel and innovative solutions involving AI, and engineering. He leads capabilities globally for research and delivery in the areas of AI, engineering, machine vision, natural language processing, machine learning operations, and cognitive automation.

Suraj comes with extensive experience in the areas of AI and engineering and has incubated several innovative capabilities, delivering value with the use of cutting-edge AI and engineering. He also has the experience of deploying production-grade big data systems at government/secure facilities for Palantir technologies. He further has the experience of building AI systems for cancer research for Celera Genomics, Mayo clinic, Correlogic systems, and others.

Suraj is the author of one of the first patents and publications for cancer detection AI systems and has multiple papers and publications in AI and engineering space.

He has a keen interest in building next-generation AI systems that scale for real-world impact. He completed his BE in computer science from the University of Pune, MS in computer science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.

Vijay Chidambaram​

Vijay is the head of AWS practice and a retail tech leader. He has over 21 years of experience leading technology teams across cloud engineering, SaaS operations, and product development. He comes with deep technical expertise in cloud technologies in AWS, specifically in building petabyte-scale, high-performance modern data platforms, such as hybrid warehouses, data lakes, CDPs, and AI, NLP, and real-time decision systems. He has extensive experience working in the technology space within the retail domain, across customer experience platforms, CMPs, merchandising, and vendor and supply chain management.

Previously, Vijay has worked at Manthan (Algonomy) and in Red Prairie (Now Blue Yonder). He has a keen interest in harnessing the power of cloud technologies to drive AI, engineering, and design basis data engineering and AI solutions that deliver impactful and sustainable business outcomes for clients. He has done his Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science and Technology from Bengaluru University.

Yash Verma

Yash is a Chief Technology Officer and leader, working closely with clients in the APAC region, providing technical leadership and oversight for cloud and data engineering projects.

Yash comes with over 25 years of experience in advanced analytics, information management, big data, cloud, and various digital technology initiatives with Fortune 500 enterprises spanning architecture, strategy, delivery, and consulting services.

He has played the CTO role for a multi-cloud data offering and was responsible for features, use cases, architecture, and development roadmap. He has also led the analytics practice for a large global enterprise and was responsible for business strategy, GTM, sales, revenue, P&L, people, delivery, solutions, consulting, and customer and vendor relationships. Before Fractal, Yash has led multiple large engagements in IBM, Mphasis, Wipro, and Ramco Systems.

Yash is passionate about combining the power of AI, cloud, and data engineering to improve customer experience and solve clients’ toughest business challenges. He has completed his BE in electronics and communication engineering from BIT, Mesra.
