Srikanth Velamakanni

Srikanth Velamakanni is the Co-founder, Group Chief Executive of Fractal Analytics. He is responsible for overall growth of the Fractal businesses, including the core business of providing analytics services to Fortune 500 companies, along with Fractal’s AI based product businesses: Qure.ai, Trial Run and Cuddle.ai

Srikanth is passionate about helping Fortune 500 companies leverage AI together with the power of behavioral sciences to make better decisions. Srikanth is a recognized thought leader in the AI space and heads NASSCOM’s AI & Data Sciences Council. He has also served on Government of India appointed AI initiatives.

A former investment banker, he co-founded Fractal 20 years ago.

Srikanth has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.

Srikanth considers himself a lifelong student of mathematics, behavioral economics, neuroscience and consumer behavior.

He has an MBA from India Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad, Bachelors in Accounting from Bangalore University, and Certified Financial Risk Manager from GARP.

Rajeswari Aradhyula

Raj leads Fractal’s Human Capital team globally. She is the Chief People Officer.

She started her career in analytics 16 years ago, and has been a delivery and consulting leader. With cross cultural and diverse experience across Insurance, CPG and Hospitality industries, Raj’s focus has been on embedding and institutionalizing analytics. She has led multiple engagements to codify and scale analytics across business units. In her current role, she is responsible for leading the human capital team and building a great place to work.

Raj has an MS in Applied Mathematics from University of Toledo, Ohio.

Ajoy Singh

Ajoy leads engagement delivery and heads capabilities development for Customer & Loyalty Analytics, Integrated Marketing Effectiveness, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Big Data & Visualization.

Prior to Fractal, Ajoy was the Country Credit Risk Head for the consumer portfolio of Barclays India. He was in Leadership role in Consumer Credit Risk Management in Standard Chartered (Prime Financial), CitiFinancial and GE Money. He is experienced in Credit Risk Policy & Portfolio Management, Collections Strategy, Underwriting & Fraud Control.

Ajoy received his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) at Calcutta and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.

Param

Param leads the design capability for Fractal across all its services and product businesses.

Before Fractal, he has worked for IDEO, Dr. Reddy’s, Kantar, GE Healthcare, and Sapient Corporation. He comes with over 22 years of experience with roles that span across design-led innovation, design thinking, design ethnography, and interaction design.

Param specializes in helping organizations use design thinking to drive innovation, customer-centricity, and delight. It further includes – identifying people’s unmet & un-articulated needs and creating new products & services. He also focuses on re-imagining the future of organizations, designing delightful product & service experiences for customers, exploring disruptive business models that might threaten one’s industry, and re-designing employee performance management systems & culture.

Param completed his Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and has a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication from Loyola College, Chennai.

Satish Raman

Satish serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Fractal, where he drives group-wide formulation, development and execution of Fractal’s corporate strategy, including leading the company’s efforts in corporate development and long term capital planning, origination, execution and deployment.

With over 20 years of experience, Satish has deep expertise in strategy, corporate development, corporate financings and investing. Over the course of his career, he has worked at start-ups, an investment bank, a Big 4 firm and in Fortune 500 environments to create, build, and drive strategies for revenue growth, global expansion, enhanced shareholder value, and market leadership. He also has tremendous multi-cultural experience, having worked across the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Since joining Fractal in mid 2017, he has led the $200 million investment from Apax Partners, the acquisitions of 4i and Final Mile, as well as a minority investment in a HealthTech startup. He joins Fractal from Sutherland Global where he was the Global Head of Corporate Development, leading and executing over 20 transactions. Prior to Sutherland, Satish was an investment banker at Spark Capital. He commenced his career with KPMG in their Capital Markets & Transactions group.

Based in New York City, he has a Master’s degree in Finance and Economics from The University of Madras.

Amitabh Bose (Ambo)

Ambo has helped drive Fractal’s growth and stature to become the No.1 global provider of analytics solutions to the CPG and Retail Industry. Additional charge of incubating the Hospitality practice.

Seasoned analytics professional and business leader; 20+ years split equally in the CPG industry with P&G and PepsiCo and in the analytics industry. Incubated analytics start-ups as well as led global analytics practices for publicly listed technology and operations companies building business globally – the Americas, Europe, Pacific Asia and Japan.

He has an MBA in Marketing, Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. Bachelor of Engineering, Electronics & Computer Architecture, NIT, Allahabad.

Don

Don is the sales & business development leader and member of the executive leadership team at Fractal.

Don is a top-performing and competitive sales leader equipped with over 25 years of success and new business development experience. He possesses a track record of spearheading multimillion-dollar sales. He has proven leadership capability coupled with cross-continental expertise in business development, sales management, and execution.

Previously, Don has held a leadership position, leading sales teams at Capgemini, Infosys, and Standard Chartered Bank. His interests include transformation driven by AI and design thinking in customer-facing functions, especially in financial services and healthcare. Don has an MBA in marketing from the University of Mumbai.

Sankar Narayanan (SN)

Sankar is a member of the executive leadership team at Fractal and Business Head for BFSI, TMT, Healthcare & Engineering verticals, with P&L responsibility for Consulting, Sales & Delivery teams.

He has around 15+ years of multi-market experience in helping more than 100+ organizations achieve measurable top line/bottom line impact through analytics. Keen interest & expertise in customer value management, marketing & sales effectiveness, growth strategies, and functional transformation through advanced analytics. Previously with IBM, SunGard and Sallie Mae Corp. in business analysis & product development.

He has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Bachelor of Engineering, Control Systems from Madras University, Big Data Opportunities, Challenges & Applications – course from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

John-LaRocca

John is currently the Practice Head and Relationship Leader responsible for a global team of client managers, analysts and solutions delivery professionals. Dedicated to bringing Fractal’s capabilities and assets to a leading consumer packaged goods company, his goal is to drive joint value between clients and Fractal through institutionalizing business-building advanced analytics.

John has 30 years of experience applying marketing analytics and business intelligence in the consumer packaged goods industry. Prior to joining Fractal, he built and led analytics, media solutions and multi-functional client teams at IRI, Ipsos and dunnhumby. Earlier, John worked in the marketing sciences teams at Avon and Kraft. John is a thought leader with an expertise in providing organizations with actionable information by transforming data into relevant intelligence to drive strategy and deliver incremental revenue and profit.

He has a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Ohio University.

Natwar Mall

Natwar is the business head of Cuddle.ai – AI based personal analyst for business professionals.

Natwar led Fractal as part of its leadership team through multiple growth stages over the past decade. He led the data-science and technology agenda for Fractal & its clients, built & grew CPG practice amongst others, conceptualized & delivered analytics technologies like Concordia & Trial Run. He was instrumental in building a top-notch data-science team providing the right foundation for the growth. Natwar is now building Cuddle.ai – a wholly owned subsidiary of Fractal Analytics – to bring the power of AI to the world of BI by building the world’s most intelligent BI platform.

He has an MBA, Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta and B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay.

Rasesh Shah

Rasesh is the CIO and Head Global Business Services. Prior to joining Fractal, Rasesh was the Offshore Unit Head for a large account, managing over 600 people at Mastek, and a Group Software Manager at Tata Infotech Ltd. (now part of Tata Consultancy Services).

Rasesh received his MBA from NMIMS and Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Mumbai University.

Jerry Roche

Jerry leads Customer Genomics and Trial Run product offerings at Fractal Analytics.

Prior to this, he was the Chief Strategy Officer of Olenick & Associates, the largest US-Headquartered software quality firm, focused on building the entire go-to-market strategy. Prior to Olenick, he served as the CEO of EIC Solutions, a niche electronics company that was transformed into an Internet marketing expert. Jerry executed a management buyout of NSTL, Inc. and built that company into the world leader of testing and certification of mobile software applications, prior to selling to a strategic buyer. Prior to NSTL, he served as Manager, Corporate Development, Advanta, Corp. and as a Senior Consultant in the Financial Advisory Services group of Coopers & Lybrand.

He has an MBA, Villanova University, Villanova, PA; BS, Finance, Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA.

Prashant Warier

Prashant heads Qure.ai – our healthcare business using deep learning to help diagnose disease and recommend personalized treatment plans from healthcare imaging data.

He has 15 years of experience in architecting and building advanced analytics solutions in the fields of personalized marketing, targeted digital advertising, merchandize planning and network optimization. Prior to Fractal, Prashant founded AI-powered personalized digital marketing firm Imagna Analytics which was acquired by Fractal in 2015. Earlier, he worked with SAP and was instrumental in building their Data Science practice.

Prashant has a PhD and MS in Operations Research from Georgia Institute of Technology; BTech from IIT Delhi.

Sandeep-Dutta

Sandeep is a member of the executive team at Fractal and is the Business Head for Asia-pacific region. Additionally, Sandeep is helping take Fractal’s healthcare AI product (Qure.ai) to market. He also leads a few of our strategic client relationships globally and heads our Gurgaon office.

Sandeep has close to 24 years of global experience spanning IT, BPO and E-Business with companies like Mphasis, TCS, HP and Wipro. He has played leadership roles in P&L Management, Strategy, Business Development, Operations and New Business start-up. He has worked in the US, Europe and India Geographies and has managed extended sales and delivery teams in these regions.

He has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, MBE from Delhi University and BA (Eco) Hons from Sri Ram College of Commerce.
