Raj leads Fractal’s Human Capital team globally. She is the Chief People Officer.
She started her career in analytics 16 years ago, and has been a delivery and consulting leader. With cross cultural and diverse experience across Insurance, CPG and Hospitality industries, Raj’s focus has been on embedding and institutionalizing analytics. She has led multiple engagements to codify and scale analytics across business units. In her current role, she is responsible for leading the human capital team and building a great place to work.
Raj has an MS in Applied Mathematics from University of Toledo, Ohio.
Ajoy leads engagement delivery and heads capabilities development for Customer & Loyalty Analytics, Integrated Marketing Effectiveness, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Big Data & Visualization.
Prior to Fractal, Ajoy was the Country Credit Risk Head for the consumer portfolio of Barclays India. He was in Leadership role in Consumer Credit Risk Management in Standard Chartered (Prime Financial), CitiFinancial and GE Money. He is experienced in Credit Risk Policy & Portfolio Management, Collections Strategy, Underwriting & Fraud Control.

As an entrepreneur in the 80s, I chose to start my own business because of the sheer determination to follow my passion for baking. At a time when it was virtually unheard of for women to start their own venture, I decided it was now or never and took a leap of faith in myself.
My advice for budding entrepreneurs would be to face your fears, believe in yourself because although the challenges may seem large and many, you will find innovative ways to overcome all obstacles.
My experience with Fractal has been positively wonderful. I am so grateful to be able to partner with such a supportive and inclusive company and work with a highly focused team.
For the last few years we have been producing thousands of notebooks made out of paper collected from schools and offices of Auroville. On the cover there is a design describing step by step the process of how the notebook was made. So the children of Auroville and our clients are aware how we re-used this paper in a sustainable way. Keeping this in mind, we conduct 2-day paper making workshops during which participants learn the art of paper making and how to re-use their waste.
Auroville Paper is a place that gives its employees a clean environment, promotes their economic and social progress, and encourages their sense of responsibility and creative capacities. 73% of these employees are women coming from the surrounding villages.

Param specializes in helping organizations use design thinking to drive innovation, customer-centricity, and delight. It further includes – identifying people’s unmet & un-articulated needs and creating new products & services. He also focuses on re-imagining the future of organizations, designing delightful product & service experiences for customers, exploring disruptive business models that might threaten one’s industry, and re-designing employee performance management systems & culture.
Param completed his Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and has a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication from Loyola College, Chennai.

Satish serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Fractal, where he drives group-wide formulation, development and execution of Fractal’s corporate strategy, including leading the company’s efforts in corporate development and long term capital planning, origination, execution and deployment.
With over 20 years of experience, Satish has deep expertise in strategy, corporate development, corporate financings and investing. Over the course of his career, he has worked at start-ups, an investment bank, a Big 4 firm and in Fortune 500 environments to create, build, and drive strategies for revenue growth, global expansion, enhanced shareholder value, and market leadership. He also has tremendous multi-cultural experience, having worked across the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Since joining Fractal in mid 2017, he has led the $200 million investment from Apax Partners, the acquisitions of 4i and Final Mile, as well as a minority investment in a HealthTech startup. He joins Fractal from Sutherland Global where he was the Global Head of Corporate Development, leading and executing over 20 transactions. Prior to Sutherland, Satish was an investment banker at Spark Capital. He commenced his career with KPMG in their Capital Markets & Transactions group.
