Anurag Sud

Anurag Sud is a Managing Director in the Tech team and Head of India at Apax. He joined Apax in 2022 and is currently based in Mumbai, India.

Prior to joining Apax, Anurag was a Principal at Baring Private Equity Asia (part of EQT), where he focused on buyouts in the technology and healthcare sectors, completing eight investments during his tenure. Before pursuing his MBA, Anurag was part of the growth equity investment team at Fidelity and the investment banking practice at Rothschild India.

Anurag holds an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.

Abhishek Yadav

Abhishek (Abhi) Yadav is a part of the senior leadership team at Fractal. He heads the Retail and Distribution industry sector. He is responsible for client relations, strategy, and execution for the unit. Abhi is deeply passionate about technology and the positive impact it can have on our lives and society at large.

Prior to his current role, Abhi served in Senior Leadership roles at Wipro and HCL, where he was responsible for the digital transformation of the Retail business unit by building unique market capabilities and combining them with design and engineering talent at scale. He has also essayed leadership roles in multiple consumer industries like Logistics, Hospitality, and Distribution. He led and scaled the retail vertical by partnering and building strategic relationships with key US, Europe, and Asia clients.

With 20 years of global consulting experience, Abhi continues to be an evangelist on the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and analytical models in automating business processes and streamlining operations. He is a regular speaker at various industry forums, including the National Retail Federation

Ajoy Singh

Ajoy is the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer of He heads Fractal’s capabilities in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Cloud & Data Technology. He is also leading functional capabilities of Supply Chain, Financial Planning & Analysis, Integrated Marketing Effectiveness, and Digital & Web Analytics. Ajoy has been in analytics and AI roles for more than 20 years.

Before Fractal, Ajoy was the Country Credit Risk Head for the consumer portfolio of Barclays India. He was in a Leadership role in Consumer Credit Risk Management at Standard Chartered (Prime Financial), CitiFinancial, and GE Money. He is experienced in Risk Modelling & Analytics, Risk Policy & Portfolio Management, Collections Strategy, Underwriting & Fraud Control.

Ajoy received his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) at Calcutta and bachelor’s in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.

Akhil Behl

Akhil is the Head of Data Science, North America, with over nine years of experience using mathematical, statistical, and computational tools to solve decision-making problems in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, insurance, and other industries.

Akhil has played a significant role in shaping and evangelizing Fractal’s thinking in data science with clients. He has also incubated and led Fractal’s retail & customer experimentation product business in various industries​. Further, he developed real-time bidding algorithms using Bayesian Optimization and other Machine Learning (ML) methods for a Fortune 50 CPG company.

Akhil has also developed subrogation models from unstructured data using text mining algorithms and HPC tools.​

He has a keen interest in designing experiments in business applications, ML at big data scale, optimization methods, unsupervised learning methods, entity resolution. He has an MS in Economics from IGIDR, Mumbai, and a BS in Mathematics, Hansraj College, Delhi University.

Amit Khare

Amit is a Client Partner and is responsible for the business development and client relationship management in Southeast Asia and the GIC business.

Amit has over two decades of experience spanning business development, consulting, and delivery. In his prior responsibilities at Fractal, he focused on account management and delivery for a leading loyalty firm and was running their analytics CoE from India. He also focused on the growth of newly acquired relationships across verticals and led their delivery to create scaled strategic client partnerships.

Prior to Fractal, Amit worked at Kotak Mahindra Bank across business development and product management roles and at Cedar Management Consulting. He has a keen interest in leveraging AI and big data analytics for creating impact across client organizations. He is a Bachelor of Business Studies, from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi University, and has done his PGDBM in Marketing and Finance from SCMHRD, Pune.​

Anindya Sengupta

Anindya is a Client Partner and offshore delivery lead in the insurance and healthcare practice. He comes with over 16 years of experience in executing and implementing projects in predictive analytics and reporting-enabled solutions. He is a thought leader, driving business transformation through AI, engineering, and design.

Anindya is an expert in solving tough business problems and implementing solutions across the insurance and healthcare value chain using advanced AIML techniques. He also guides solution design and client value realization for insurance and healthcare practices.

Anindya has a keen interest in enabling every human decision from the lenses of AI, engineering, and design. He has completed his M.Sc and M.Phil in Economics from IGIDR, Mumbai, India.

Ashwath Bhat

Ashwath is a member of the executive leadership team and CFO at Fractal, driving growth with efficient capital allocation. He comes with over twenty-one years of corporate finance experience, FP&A, commercial finance, controllership, finance operations, treasury, supply chain management, pricing, M&A, and tax.

Ashwath is a finance leader with global and multi-market experience with a demonstrated history of business partnership to accelerate growth and improve business performance. Before Fractal, he worked with GE, IBM, and Nielsen.

Ashwath completed his Finance Management Program from GE and is a Chartered Accountant from India (ICAI).

Bhaskar Roy

Bhaskar is a Client Partner and part of the Asia-pacific leadership team, driving digital transformation for Fortune 500 clients across industries. He has worked globally, with significant exposure to North America, Europe, Singapore, and Australia. He comes with an experience of over 16 years across banking, financial services, hi-tech, industrial IoT, and retail.

With his expertise, he helps enterprises drive better decisions with the right strategy and problem-solving approach, leveraging the power of AI and the Cloud. He has also co-developed two patent solutions in the areas of predictive analytics and resource optimization.

Prior to Fractal, Bhaskar was in leadership positions with Target (Enterprise Risk – Minneapolis and Bangalore), Accenture Digital (Customer Analytics), and Genpact (Lead Consultant – Financial Services).​

Bhaskar is passionate about driving efforts around Sustainability. He takes a keen interest in using the power of AI and Cloud to drive customer experience, simplify processes, solve real-world problems, and have an impact on people. He has done his MA in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, and BSc (Honors) in Statistics from Delhi University.

Biju Dominic

Biju is the Chief Evangelist of Fractal and Chairman of FinalMile Consulting.

At Fractal, he is playing the new game that is emerging at the intersection of human and machine intelligence. He is driven by the belief that the more we understand the inscrutable algorithm in our brains, the better will be the technology we develop for our machines.

In the first 18 years of his career, while working with various advertising agencies, he had a traditional approach to dealing with human behavior. His dissatisfaction with this traditional paradigm led him to co-found FinalMile Consulting in 2007. Combining learning from Neuroscience, Behavioral Economics, and Design pioneered the practice of Behavior Architecture.

He is a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, and an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources Development from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.

Chetan Dixit

Chetan is an engineering leader responsible for establishing and growing the Google Cloud practice at Fractal.

Chetan comes with nearly two decades of experience spanning roles in designing and building data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics solutions. He is experienced in building Petabyte scale data lakes and data warehouses, internet-scale, real-time analytics platforms, SaaS solutions, and product engineering. He also has expertise in building data engineering and AIML capabilities on public clouds specifically Google Cloud.

Chetan has worked with TCS, Teradata, BMC Software, Symantec, Vuclip, HSBC in roles including Principal Engineer, Principal Architect, and Senior Director.​

He has a keen interest in solving business challenges using technology. He likes evangelizing technology and building high-performance teams while continuously delivering value delivery from modern cloud data platforms by applying engineering innovations. Alongside, he is also focused on simplifying the adoption of AIML on top of the data platforms. He has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and has done his executive MBA from Symbiosis University, Pune, India.

Dinesh Nory

Dinesh is a Client Partner and member of the APAC leadership team.
He has over 18 years of global work experience across the practices of Retail, Telecoms, Media, and Health Tech.

Passionate about analytics, Dinesh has powered impactful digital initiatives and transformed lab experiments into high-impact customer solutions for client organizations.

Before Fractal, Dinesh was at the forefront of several digital transformation initiatives at Sky UK, such as a 1:1 customer decision platform, enterprise forecasting solutions, ML portfolio optimization, and GCP cloud migration. He also successfully led the analytics portfolio for Sky Premiums and Sky Products. Prior to Sky, Dinesh led the analytics portfolio for TalkTalk UK. He also brought excellent business value as a senior consultant for Amway (US) and Upromise (US).

Moreover, he harnessed his expertise in analytics for a more significant impact during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dinesh effectively scaled multiple technology solutions for efficient patient management for the Government of Karnataka’s COVID-19 response in partnership with the State War Room and BBMP. Ever since, he has been serving as a pro bono Technology Advisor & Consultant for the Government of Karnataka Forest Department, delivering data-driven solutions for the conservation of forests and environment sustainability.

Dinesh has a Bachelor of Technology in Mechatronics Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi Institute for Technology (MGIT), Hyderabad, India. He did his Master’s in Industrial Technology from Eastern Michigan University, Michigan, USA.

Dipita Chakraborty

Dipita is a Chief Practice Officer and leads the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) global practice at Fractal, designing and implementing transformative solutions for our clients.

Dipita has over 25 years of experience in enabling decisions with analytics across the largest CPG enterprises globally. She is passionate about driving impact at CPG companies by adopting a user-centric approach and implementing analytics that increase both the speed and value of decisions. Her expertise spans marketing, revenue growth, digital commerce, innovation, consumer and demand analytics.

Dipita founded The Modeling Group, an analytics consulting firm helping Fortune 500 CPG companies allocate marketing and trade promotion resources to drive profitable growth. The organization was later acquired by Nielsen. She has held various global leadership roles at Nielsen, designing & implementing analytics programs for the growth of clients.

She has a keen interest in interconnecting decision spines in organizations, digitization of decisions with AI & engineering, NextGen revenue growth with omnichannel commerce.

She has a Masters in Management and Policy from the University of StonyBrook, the USA, and a BTech in Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, India.

Dylan Dias

Dylan is Chief Alliances Officer and leads the Partnerships & Alliance function at Fractal. This includes business development, marketing, and co-selling with cloud hyperscalers and data & AI platform companies.

Previously, he led Neal Analytics, an Azure-focused consulting and services company that was acquired by Fractal. Dylan has over 25 years as a technology strategist and consultant with leadership experience in software and analytics solutions using global delivery platforms. He has deep expertise in machine learning, data engineering, mission-critical applications, and organization-wide strategic transformation initiatives. Prior to leading Neal, he worked at The Arnold Group, PwC: Strategy & (formerly Booz Allen Hamilton), Microsoft, e-Emphasys Technologies, and Infor (formerly Baan).

Dylan has a keen interest in the evolution and automation of work and workflows through the convergence of data, AI, apps, insights, and automation. He is focused on the delivery of delightful customer experiences through the embrace of data and insights coupled with “real-time touches” . He believes the emergence of a more efficient and safer world is possible through optimized decisions and actions that humans and machines must achieve together.​

He has an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management, MMM from Northwestern University – Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science and B.E. (Electronics) from Mumbai University.

Gaurav Sachar

Gaurav is a Client Partner and head of Trial Run in the business experimentation platform at Fractal. He has a deep experience of over two decades across diverse domains of analytics consulting, project management, sales, and marketing. Over the years, Gaurav has honed his specialization in cross-functional team collaboration across the business and central analytics verticals. He has evangelized AI solutions with senior leadership and incubated central analytics hubs at Fractal.

Gaurav also brings a wealth of expertise in collaborating with CIOs of CPG and retail organizations to architect AI and advanced analytics solutions for addressing multiple business needs in route-to-market, pricing, demand forecasting, and data management. He has efficiently operationalized AI programs at scale, creating sustainable value for Fortune 100 enterprises.

Gaurav is driven by the power of AI and analytics, developing products enabling enterprises to draw accelerated value from their data assets. He believes in integrating AI to deliver more ingenious innovations, efficient business execution, and product supply in customer-facing industries.

Hemant Kothavade​

Hemant is the founder and CEO of business that focuses on AI-powered alpha generation for the financial investment markets. He has over 25 years of experience that focuses on technology-led disruption in the financial markets.

Hemant is passionate about creating algorithmic solutions for automated quantitative trading. His career spans Wall Street in New York and Indian markets in Mumbai. Before Fractal, he pioneered high-frequency algorithmic trading in India with Getco/KCG. He has worked with Merrill Lynch, Citi, Morgan Stanley, and Booz Allen.

Hemant has a keen interest in applying neural networks and deep reinforcement learning to detect unique investment opportunities and harness the power of unstructured data to generate new insights. He has done MS and BE in computer science and MBA from Stern Business School, New York University.

Manish Tiwari

Manish is the Chief Information Officer and a member of the Fractal executive leadership. He has over 33 years of experience spanning roles in the Navy, IT (Information Technology) project management, IT security operations, risk management, and National cyber security strategy.

Manish has the expertise in building and implementing IT security strategy, gap assessment and risk mitigation, and the transformation of operations. He has a keen interest in user behavior analytics, fraud detection, investigations & prevention, and threat hunting.

Prior to Fractal, Manish has worked at UIDAI, Microsoft India, Bharti Airtel, and the Indian Navy. Manish has a bachelor’s degree in math and physics and CISA, CEH,C|HFI, LPT. CISP, Lead Auditor.​

Mrunali Majmudar Sathe

Mrunali leads the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) global practice at Fractal. She is focused on strengthening client relationships, helping them achieve their digital transformation goals.

Mrunali has over 25 years of experience in the CPG industry, leading brand P&L, marketing insights, analytics operations, and client partnerships. She has the expertise in enabling enterprise digital transformation by translating business goals into D&A strategy, leveraging data science, data engineering, and design thinking.

Mrunali is passionate about ensuring digital programs are set up for success with a ‘design first’ approach driving high adoption. She is a business leader and ex-entrepreneur and has previously worked at P&G and Marico brand teams.

Mrunali is interested in building interconnected decision spines in organizations, digitizing decisions with AI & engineering, analytics strategy for CXOs, and high adoption digital culture. She has completed her B.Sc. in Mathematics and MBA from Mumbai University, India.

Mythreyi Mukund

Mythreyi, the Chief Practice Officer for Fractal’s Industrial Manufacturing, Energy, and Travel, brings more than two decades of expertise spanning technology, process outsourcing, analytics and operations. She fosters strategic client partnerships across industries at Fractal, steering their digital transformation journey. She crafts scalable programs across functions by integrating process enhancement, engineering, AI, and design.

Prior to Fractal, Mythreyi contributed to Genpact’s CPG & retail analytics team, crafting analytic products and solutions. Additionally, she bolstered MindTree’s analytics growth efforts for Europe and APAC, across industries.

Mythreyi has a fervor for analytics as a driver of sustainable and swift business outcomes. She believes in the power of bringing disparate data sets together to derive actionable insights at scale, adhering to Fractal’s ethos of responsible analytics.

Educationally, Mythreyi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India, complemented by a Bachelor’s in Engineering from MN National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, India.

Natwar Mall

Natwar is the member of the executive team and the Chief Transformation Officer at Fractal. He is also the founder of Crux Intelligence and serves on the board of Analytics Vidhya.

His passion is to help global clients in their AI transformation journey, incubate and nurture breakthrough ideas, and build high-performance teams. In his earlier roles, Natwar played a key role in building our CPG practice, founded Fractal’s data science lab called Fractal Sciences, and incubated Crux Intelligence.

In his current role, Natwar is leading a global engineering team to operationalise our client’s data-to-decisions platform and partner them in their digital transformation.

Neeraj Sharma

Neeraj Sharma is a Client Partner and an award-winning technology executive with over two decades of experience including the unique blend of the healthcare industry and consulting. He combines his healthcare knowledge with advanced analytics and AI to solve healthcare problems, particularly in clinical, payment integrity, and member experience areas.

Neeraj is a visionary leader who sees technology as a business differentiator and helps healthcare organizations to optimize business outcomes using innovative technology solutions. Prior to Fractal, he held senior leadership positions with various notable Fortune 500 organizations and led many large-scale transformations. He is a recipient of multiple corporate awards and leads large global teams in North America and Asia. He also acts as a strategic advisor/angel investor to a few start-ups.

He holds MBA from The Wharton School with majors in Strategy, Finance, and General Management and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). He combines his Wharton MBA with executive training from Harvard and Stanford.

Neeraj is passionate about education and youth development and has served on the board of various non-profit organizations and currently is on the board of Lion’s Heart (a non-profit for teen volunteers and leaders). He is a movie buff and loves traveling, particularly to the national parks.

Pavan Palety​

Pavan is a growth leader for new industries and geographies, across all services and product businesses. He has experience of over 15 years spanning across roles in business development, customer success, and regional P&L leadership in analytics and AIML.

Pavan founded a Sequoia-funded startup,, now acquired by Fractal. It’s an AI-led demand forecasting product aimed at the CPG industry. He has been an advisor to various Indo-US startups and now looking to grow in the US and Europe.

Pavan is passionate about selling large and complex deals to Fortune 500 clients based in the US and Europe across industries. He is also interested in building, developing, and leading high-performance sales and customer success teams, consistently exceeding revenue targets and client expectations.

He has previously worked at TCS, Mu Sigma, and MarketsandMarkets. He has a bachelor’s degree in Technology from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy, and completed a senior executive finance program from London Business School.

Pranay Agrawal

Pranay has led Fractal in powering every human decision in the enterprise through data and analytics. Pranay has led Fractal to be one of the most respected analytics companies in the world. Fractal is working with over 50 Fortune 500 companies helping them drive better business outcomes by embedding analytics in their decisions and processes.

Prashant Warier

Prashant heads – our healthcare business using deep learning to help diagnose disease and recommend personalized treatment plans from healthcare imaging data.

He has 15 years of experience in architecting and building advanced analytics solutions in the fields of personalized marketing, targeted digital advertising, merchandize planning and network optimization. Prior to Fractal, Prashant founded AI-powered personalized digital marketing firm Imagna Analytics which was acquired by Fractal in 2015. Earlier, he worked with SAP and was instrumental in building their Data Science practice.

Prashant has a PhD and MS in Operations Research from Georgia Institute of Technology; BTech from IIT Delhi.

Prithwish Dev​

Prithwish is a Client Partner for Fractal’s retail practice. He comes with industry experience to drive end-to-end sales and business operations and franchisee networks, including network setup and growth. Prithwish has also worked extensively in primary and secondary sales, BTL marketing campaigns, and supply chain.

In his work, he has brought the business side of learnings to the AI world, consulted, and grew global client relationships across retail, CPG, and hospitality industries, and has been a partner to over 25 Fortune 500 enterprises. He has led high-performing sales and account management teams and has been the single point with end-to-end accountability to drive portfolio growth and develop meaningful relationships.

Prithwish has a keen interest in enabling client value realization through the ethical use of data and analytics. He has completed his MBA in marketing from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, and has a bachelor’s degree in technology and computer science from Kurukshetra University.

Rajeswari Aradhyula

Raj leads the design capability in Fractal. Her passion is people, culture, and building an inclusive workplace. In her career span of over two decades, Raj’s focus has been on building engaged teams and driving a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Raj has a Master’s in Mathematics, and in her most recent role, she was the Chief People Officer at Fractal. Previously, she has also played consulting leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies in the hospitality, insurance, and CPG industries.

Ram Prasad

Ram is a member of the executive leadership team at Fractal and leads FinalMile Consulting to do pioneering work in the development sector. He has co-founded FinalMile and has built a world-class team of behavioral scientists and designers.

He has built the development sector practice at FinalMile and led multiple successful endeavors in global health and development across continents, involving health areas like HIV, Reproductive and Maternal Health, Financial Inclusion, Road Safety, Nutrition.

Ram has several published papers in academic journals and is a regular speaker at conferences. He has worked previously with Unilever and Wipro. He has done a Masters in Finance and Marketing from The Chartered Financial Analysts of India and a Bachelor in Business Management from Bangalore University. His interests lie in integrating AI, Data Science, Behavioral Science, and Design to address complex health and social challenges.

Rasesh Shah

Rasesh is the CIO and Head Global Business Services. Prior to joining Fractal, Rasesh was the Offshore Unit Head for a large account, managing over 600 people at Mastek, and a Group Software Manager at Tata Infotech Ltd. (now part of Tata Consultancy Services).

Rasesh received his MBA from NMIMS and Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Mumbai University.

Ritesh Radhakrishnan

Ritesh heads technology at as the Chief Technology Officer and drives the product strategy and technology roadmap.

Ritesh has over two decades of varied experience, conceptualizing, architecting, and building highly scalable B2B/B2C products and applications. He is focused on building and managing highly skilled technology teams and orchestrating different functions like product management, delivery, sales, and marketing to successfully deliver world-class products and services.

Before Senseforth, Ritesh was a VP at Moonraft Innovation Labs, a global design and customer experience company. He helped build a robust team, lay the technology foundation, get good deals and incubate ideas like telematics-based apps, Doofles, smart interactive tables, and displays among others. Other than Moonraft, Ritesh has also worked with Infosys Technologies.

Ritesh is passionate about Senseforth’s mission to make technology human-like. His focus areas are Natural Language Processing, speech recognition, and other technologies at the intersection of human-machine interactions. He has done his BE from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India.

Rohini Singh

Rohini is the Chief People Officer at Fractal with over 19 years of multi-functional experience. She has worked across a range of industries such as Consulting Services, Aviation, Manufacturing & Retail. Key skills include leading cultural transformation, change management, talent acquisition, and talent management.

Rohini joined Fractal to set up the Global Talent Acquisition Capability and lead Special Initiatives. She also incubated the Wellbeing function at Fractal and gave shape to the firm’s charter on diversity and inclusion.

Rohini has previously worked at Jet Airways, Essar Group, and Amrop International. She has a keen interest in using AIML and analytics to drive people decisions that impact employees through their career journey within the organization. Rohini has a bachelor’s and Master’s in Psychology (Organizational Behavior) from Delhi University.

Rohit Joshi

Rohit is the leader of ANZ business, responsible for growth, client development, and P&L. He comes with over 19 years of experience in the ICT, Cloud, Data Analytics, and AIML industry, with a focus on start-ups in Australia and New Zealand.

Rohit has worked with some of the most admired ASX 20 brands in BFS, insurance (P&C, health), telco, CPG, and aviation. He is keen on delivering insights at scale by bringing in the relevant data to power AIML and democratize consumption. He has previously worked at Infosys, Gartner, Macquarie, and HP.

Rohit has a bachelor’s in Management from Southern Cross University and a Masters’ degree in Information Technology from the University of Southern Queensland.

Sagar Shah

Sagar is a Client Partner and part of Fractal Dimension focused to solve complex problems using AI, engineering, cognitive sciences, and human-centered design. He has consulted with Fortune 100 C-suite to strategize and deliver over a hundred impact programs in marketing, sales, finance, e-commerce, analytics, IT (Information Technology), and R&D functions.

Sagar is amongst the early Fractal members driving 100X growth over 14 years. He works towards solving sustainability, Responsible AI, gender-neutral fashion, cyber-insurance, C-suite growth agenda, insurance underwriting, healthcare digital adoption, home loans, disintermediation for DTC, rethinking customer acquisition, and engagement with personalization 3.0, among others.

He is also the author of the novel ‘Overrated’ and is working towards writing another one in the non-fiction category ‘A millennial apologie.’ He has a keen interest in solving complex problems for business, society, and the planet with an inter-disciplinary approach in a responsible, inclusive, and sustainable manner.

Sagar has completed his bachelors and master’s in chemical engineering from IIT, Mumbai, and has done research at NCBS Bengaluru, and the University of Karlsruhe, Germany.

Sandeep Bhogaraju

Sandeep leads the Supply Chain analytics practice, consulting, and delivery at Fractal. He is focused on enabling clients on the digital supply chain transformation, enabling data to decisions across supply chain functions, and driving the adoption of analytics solutions.

Sandeep comes with over two decades of supply chain domain experience spread across analytics, consulting, and IT in the CPG and retail industry. He comes with a proven track record of delivering analytical solutions across S&OP transformation, inventory optimization, manufacturing, and IIoT analytics along with optimizing logistics and distribution and sourcing analytics. Over the years, Sandeep has performed multiple roles, including business system leader for customer service & logistics, solution head & architect, practice management, and CPG consultant.

He has a keen interest in problem-solving, AI, and ML with its applications to CPGR and at large to humanity. Sandeep has a Bachelor’s degree in technology from Sri Venkateswara University.​

Sandeep Dutta

Sandeep is a member of the executive team at Fractal and is the Business Head for Middle East and Asia-pacific region. Additionally, Sandeep is helping take Fractal’s healthcare AI product ( to market. He also leads a few of our strategic client relationships globally and heads our Gurgaon office.

Sandeep has close to 24 years of global experience spanning IT, BPO and E-Business with companies like Mphasis, TCS, HP and Wipro. He has played leadership roles in P&L Management, Strategy, Business Development, Operations and New Business start-up. He has worked in the US, Europe and India Geographies and has managed extended sales and delivery teams in these regions.

He has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, MBE from Delhi University and BA (Eco) Hons from Sri Ram College of Commerce.

Sankar Narayanan (SN)

Sankar is a member of the executive leadership team at Fractal and global practice leader for Banking, Insurance, Healthcare & Technology.

He has 18 years of multi-market experience supporting more than 100+ organizations achieve measurable top line/bottom line impact through AI, Data Engineering & Design. Keen interest & expertise in customer analytics, marketing & sales effectiveness, cost optimization, and functional transformation through advanced analytics. Previously with IBM, SunGard and Sallie Mae Corp. in business analysis & product development.

He has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Bachelor of Engineering, Control Systems from Madras University, and Big Data Opportunities, Challenges & Applications certificate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Satish Raman

Satish serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Fractal, where he drives group-wide formulation, development and execution of Fractal’s corporate strategy, including leading the company’s efforts in corporate development and long term capital planning, origination, execution and deployment.

With over 20 years of experience, Satish has deep expertise in strategy, corporate development, corporate financings and investing. Over the course of his career, he has worked at start-ups, an investment bank, a Big 4 firm and in Fortune 500 environments to create, build, and drive strategies for revenue growth, global expansion, enhanced shareholder value, and market leadership. He also has tremendous multi-cultural experience, having worked across the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Since joining Fractal in mid 2017, he has led the $200 million investment from Apax Partners, the acquisitions of 4i and Final Mile,, Zerogons (Streamflux); the strategic investments in and Analytics Vidhya; a minority investment in Rx.Health; and the external equity financings and spin outs of and Prior to Fractal, Satish held various roles at Sutherland Global, Spark Capital and KPMG.

Shailendra Singh

Shailendra is the Chief Growth Officer at Fractal. He comes with over 27 years of experience spanning building a unicorn,, acquired by Fractal. Shailendra specializes in guiding enterprises with their GTM strategies, helping them scale, win clients and become successful in the journey. His expertise helps build commercial effectiveness, ensuring that customer acquisitions are strategic and profitable with a win-win relationship.

At Fractal, Shelly is focused on building new geography, helping in the acquisition and growth of the select practice, and contributing towards the billion-dollar revenue company across services businesses.

Previously, Shelly built as the founder and CEO. He has also worked at MarketsandMarkets, Mu Sigma, IBM, and Daksh. He has a keen interest in monetizing data, getting signals and avoiding noise, and empowering people to make impactful and sustainable decisions using the power of AI, engineering, and design. Shelly has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University, ICWAI, from Delhi, and completed an executive program for negotiations from Harvard Business School.

Soudip Roy Chowdhury

Soudip has nearly two decades of experience spanning product development, research, AI, and enterprise software development roles. He has led several data science activities for Fractal’s AI products and accelerators. He also played a significant role in developing enterprise software for IBM, Rakuten, and others.

Soudip has co-authored 5 US patents and 12+ international peer-reviewed journals and publications. He is a member of Forbes Technology Council, technical advisor for DevNetwork, San Francisco, and has held academic positions in the University of Paris Sud and IITKGP.

Soudip has a keen interest in using AI for good. He believes in building AI products to solve complex real-life problems (e.g., climate change) by changing priorities for people and processes. He is currently building Eugenie, an enterprise AI-SaaS platform for operational intelligence. Soudip has a Ph.D. in recommender systems and machine learning from the University of Trento, Italy.​

Srikanth Velamakanni

Srikanth Velamakanni is the Co-founder, Group Chief Executive, and Executive Vice Chairman of Fractal, one of the leading players in artificial intelligence and digital transformation. Sumit is a Client Partner and leader in Technology, Media & Entertainment practices. Based in London, he is responsible for driving customer success for Fortune 500 clients in the US, UK, and Europe. He leads consulting, solution development using AI, Engineering & Design, P&L management, and practice development. He has over 14 years of experience in analytics and in the early part of his career he also partnered with Financial Services and FinTech companies.

Sumit has been associated with Fractal since 2007 and has expertise in influencing business outcomes of varied nature including Customer experience, Revenue uplift, Cost reduction and Operational efficiencies, delivering 50+ programs on legacy and cloud platforms. He is passionate about developing problem-solving approaches based on first principles thinking and converting ambiguous canvas into structured roadmaps. He has appreciation towards creating reusable solutions and had co-created an AutoML platform,, for driving acceleration and standardization in modelling workflows.

Suneet Khanna​

Suneet is a Client Partner in APAC Practice, leading our partnership with a HealthTech and Consumer Goods major. He has over 18 years of experience in account management, management consulting, and decision sciences consulting across the US, Japan, APAC, and Europe.

Suneet has consulted clients in the TMT and retail sectors and driven multi-million dollar per annum gains from digitalization in customer-facing and operations functions. In TMT, he consulted semiconductors manufacturing, strategy, and related Private Equity due diligences, influencing $1-3 billion investments.

Before Fractal, he has worked with McKinsey and Co., REC, and Mu Sigma. He is keen on making analytics and data science consumable, by bridging the analytics-business value chains with problem structuring, design thinking, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Suneet completed his Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Pune, India, MS EE from Pennsylvania State University, and MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Suraj Amonkar​

Suraj Amonkar, Chief AI Research & Platforms Officer, drives novel and innovative solutions involving AI and engineering. He leads capabilities globally for research and delivery in AI, engineering, machine vision, natural language processing, machine learning operations, and cognitive automation.

Suraj comes with extensive experience in the areas of AI and engineering and has incubated several innovative capabilities, delivering value with the use of cutting-edge AI and engineering. He also has experience deploying production-grade big data systems for Palantir technologies at government/secure facilities. He has further experience building AI systems for cancer research for Celera Genomics, Mayo Clinic, Correlogic Systems, and others.

Suraj is the author of one of the first patents and publications for cancer detection AI systems and has multiple papers and publications in AI and engineering space.

He is keenly interested in building next-generation AI systems that scale for real-world impact. He completed his BE in computer science from the University of Pune, MS in computer science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.

Vijay Chidambaram

Vijay is the head of AWS practice and a retail tech leader. He has over 21 years of experience leading technology teams across cloud engineering, SaaS operations, and product development. He comes with deep technical expertise in cloud technologies in AWS, specifically in building petabyte-scale, high-performance modern data platforms, such as hybrid warehouses, data lakes, CDPs, and AI, NLP, and real-time decision systems. He has extensive experience working in the technology space within the retail domain, across customer experience platforms, CMPs, merchandising, and vendor and supply chain management.

Previously, Vijay has worked at Manthan (Algonomy) and in Red Prairie (Now Blue Yonder). He has a keen interest in harnessing the power of cloud technologies to drive AI, engineering, and design basis data engineering and AI solutions that deliver impactful and sustainable business outcomes for clients. He has done his Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science and Technology from Bengaluru University.

Vikram Magon

Vikram is a Client Partner and heads global partnerships and alliances, with a focus on AWS Cloud, NielsenIQ, and Databricks partnerships.

He comes with over 15 years of experience spanning roles in CPG consulting, account management, and building global partnerships and strategy. He specializes in scaling strategic client relationships, signing multi-million/multi-year MSAs by building trust, and delivering business impact. He has a proven record of leading CPG clients across North America, Latin America, Europe, and APAC.

Vikram has a keen interest in using analytics and artificial intelligence to solve complex business problems and analyze structured and unstructured data assets. He has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, and a Master’s in Business Administration (International Business) from K.J. Somaiya, Mumbai.​

Yash Verma

Yash is a Chief Technology Officer and leader, working closely with clients in the APAC region, providing technical leadership and oversight for cloud and data engineering projects.

Yash comes with over 25 years of experience in advanced analytics, information management, big data, cloud, and various digital technology initiatives with Fortune 500 enterprises spanning architecture, strategy, delivery, and consulting services.

He has played the CTO role for a multi-cloud data offering and was responsible for features, use cases, architecture, and development roadmap. He has also led the analytics practice for a large global enterprise and was responsible for business strategy, GTM, sales, revenue, P&L, people, delivery, solutions, consulting, and customer and vendor relationships. Before Fractal, Yash has led multiple large engagements in IBM, Mphasis, Wipro, and Ramco Systems.

Yash is passionate about combining the power of AI, cloud, and data engineering to improve customer experience and solve clients’ toughest business challenges. He has completed his BE in electronics and communication engineering from BIT, Mesra.

Al Amador

Al brings extensive experience from the information technology field as a director of numerous enterprise implementations as well as over two decades of keynote speaking, communication training, teaching, coaching and facilitating. Al’s specialty is bringing teams together to work on the key areas of; trust, meaningful conflict, commitment and clarity. He has a passion for coaching directors and teams, as well as a reputation for connecting with both senior business and technical leaders.

Currently, Al works regularly with CEOs and executive teams in quickly and effectively applying the concepts captured in all of Pat Lencioni’s books. His clients span a broad spectrum of various industries, including technology, retail, pharmaceutical, healthcare, telecommunications, cable, manufacturing and others.

In addition to his work with consulting clients, Al serves on the Table Group Consulting Executive Committee where he has responsibility for business development as well as coordination of our consultants across the Western U.S.

Prior to joining the Table Group Al’s positions included; program director for credit card security at Kaiser Permanente, director of technology services for Bare Escentuals, and intranet services manager for Robert Half International. Al has led numerous technical teams in the UK, India, China, Japan, Germany, and Latin America.

Andy Walter is a business results-driven professional with extensive experience in strategy, development, execution, and operations across Shared Services and IT. He led the Commercial Services & Delivery Organization (over 1500 IT and multifunctional professionals) for Procter & Gamble’s Global Business Services (GBS). He was responsible for IT & Shared Services for all Global Business Units and Markets around the world. His team was accountable for developing cutting-edge digital capabilities for Procter & Gamble to win “where it matters most,” with Consumers, Shoppers, and Retailers. This included all eBusiness, Consumer Services, BI/Analytics, Sales Force Solutions, Project Delivery, Business Process Services, and A&D / Company restructuring efforts. He has over 15 years working on Boards and in Board level advisory roles.

Al Amador

Ed has a long work history in the Property-Casualty insurance industry. At Progressive Insurance he served as a Division President and Director of Product Development. Under his leadership the product development function introduced a host of product and underwriting innovations that have played a vital role in the company’s dynamic growth. As a Senior Vice President at 21st Century Insurance he led the Marketing, Advertising, Sales and Actuarial functions for this direct distribution company. Ed is still active in the business. He provides consulting support in analytics and product design for two Personal Lines insurance start-ups. He teaches at Santa Monica College. He holds the CPCU and ARM designations. He has served on the Boards of industry organizations including the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), Highway Loss Data Institute (HLDI) and Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety. 

Gavin Patterson

Gavin Patterson was appointed President & Chief Revenue Officer, Salesforce on August 1, 2020. He is responsible for worldwide sales and distribution of Salesforce products and services. Patterson joined Salesforce in August 2019 and served as Chairman of EMEA Advisory Board and President and CEO International.

Prior to Salesforce, Patterson served as Chief Executive of BT Group from 2013-19 and a board director from 2008-19. During his tenure at BT, he completed the UK rollout of the superfast fibre and started the deployment ultrafast fibre. He led the £15billion acquisition of EE, launched BT Sport, expanded BT’s cyber security practice and championed BT’s social purpose agenda. He joined BT in 2004 as MD Consumer and joined the board as CEO BT Retail in 2008. Prior to BT, he spent four years at Virgin Media latterly as MD Consumer and nine years at Procter & Gamble in various brand management and marketing roles.

Patterson is Chairman of Business in the Community, a Non-Executive Director at Elixirr Consulting, the APAX backed AI business Fractal and EQT backed Delta Fiber. He served on many boards including British Airways plc and as a Trustee at The British Museum and acting as an advisor for many tech start-ups. He graduated from Cambridge University with an MEng in Chemical Engineering.

Karenann Terrell

Karenann Terrell is the former Chief Digital and Technology Officer for GlaxoSmithKline. Her responsibilities at GSK included leadership for all information technology as well as Data, Analytics and Digital Transformation (GSK split into 2 legal entities- a BioPharma company and a separate Consumer Health Company which went public as Haleon in July of 2022) Karenann was previously the chief information officer for Walmart from 2010 to March 2017. Her responsibility for the global Walmart Technology portfolio included both Information Systems Division(ISD) and Global Back Office Solutions. Terrell previously served as chief information officer of Baxter International, Inc., where she was responsible for the company’s global IT function, supporting businesses worldwide in bio-tech, medical devices and pharmaceuticals and was chief information officer in Daimler Chrysler where she had total technology responsibility for the Chrysler Group and Mercedes-Benz Americas. She began her career with General Motors as an electrical engineer, where her responsibilities included manufacturing and product engineering for the Chevrolet and Cadillac brands as well as the Onstar division.

Karenann has been a transformational technology leader in the Automotive, Pharma, and Retail industries where she drove technology modernization and transformed technology stacks which allowed business model transformation for the companies in which she worked. Her technology remit included responsibility for all cyber security efforts globally.

Her capabilities include deep knowledge regarding technology engineering and support for global supply chains, merchandising, finance, cyber security and enterprise infrastructure. Karenann’s domain knowledge led to innovative technology solutions that were integrating the digital and physical shopping experiences so customers get the products they want, in the way they choose, whether it be in stores and clubs, online or via mobile devices. Expertise in data platforms and analytics led to unique capabilities for retail in the areas of customer insights, Pharma Genetics/functional genomics analytics which made research discovery and clinical development possible within a significant digital augmentation, as well as broad based use of IoT data for manufacturing and security operational excellence.

Karenann is currently a Senior Advisor for Insight Partners, LLC and board member for public and private technology companies. She is a member of the board of trustees for the New York Hall of Science, a hands-on science and technology center and has also led Global Councils for Women Leaders at GSK and Walmart and acts as an executive sponsor of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) initiatives.

Terrell has been named “CIO of the Year” , CIO Hall of Fame, and is a winner of the prestigious Fisher-Hopper Prize for Lifetime Achievement in CIO Leadership and selected as a member of Fortune’s Executive Fantasy League “Dream Team” starting line-up. She was previously named one of the “100 Most Influential Women in the Automotive Business” by Automotive News, “outstanding engineer” at Kettering and Purdue University, where she earned bachelor’s master’s degrees, respectively, in electrical engineering.

Neelam Dhawan

Neelam is currently a Non-Executive Director at ICICI Bank Limited, Capita PLC and Yatra Online Inc. She is also the Chairperson of Capillary Technologies, a young startup. She is on the Governing Board of IIIT, Delhi. She also advises and mentors various organizations on business transformation.

She was on the Supervisory Board of Royal Philips, Netherlands (2012 to 2022) and the Head of IBM India Advisory board from December 2018 till August 2020.

Over several years, leading business journals such as Fortune, Forbes and Business Today have recognized her as one of the Most Powerful Women in Business.

Neelam is an Economics Graduate from St Stephen’s College, Delhi University. She also has a MBA degree from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, India.

Puneet Bhatia

Puneet Bhatia is the Co-Managing Partner for TPG Capital Asia and the head of TPG Capital India. He has created and led over fifteen transactions for TPG Capital in India including Matrix Laboratories, Vishal Retail, and invested over $500m in the Shriram group in four of the group companies, in Manipal Hospitals, and Jana Bank, in UPL Corp, Sai Pharma and RR Kabel and recently in Reliance Jio and Reliance Retail and in Fractal. He currently serves on most of the Board of Directors of these companies.

Prior to joining TPG in April 2002, Mr. Bhatia was Chief Executive, Private Equity Group for GE Capital India (“GE Capital”), where he was responsible for conceptualizing and creating its direct and strategic private equity investment group. As Chief Executive, he created and handled a portfolio of almost a dozen companies such as TCS, Patni Computers, BirlaSoft, Sierra Atlantic, iGate, Indus Software and Rediff. He was also responsible for consummating some of GE Capital’s joint ventures in India. Prior to this, Mr. Bhatia was with ICICI Ltd from 1990 to 1995 in the Project and Corporate Finance group and worked as Senior Analyst with Crosby Securities from 1995 to 1996.

Mr. Bhatia was born, grew up in and is based in India. He has a B.Com Honors degree from the Sriram College of Commerce, Delhi and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Rohan Haldea

Rohan Haldea is a Partner in the Tech & Telco team. Rohan joined Apax in 2007 and is based in the London office. He has both led and participated in a number of key deals including ThoughtWorks, Grupo Engineering, EVRY, GlobalLogic, iGATE, Tivit S.A. and Orange Switzerland. Rohan has also been actively involved in portfolio work at NXP Semiconductors. Rohan serves as a Director on the Boards of ThoughtWorks, EVRY and GlobalLogic. He also serves as co-CEO of the Apax Foundation.

Prior to joining Apax Partners, Rohan was an Associate at Bain Capital in their North American private equity division in New York, where he specialised in evaluating and executing transactions in the Industrial, Distribution and Retail sectors. Prior to that, Rohan was a consultant at McKinsey and Co. in India.

Rohan holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Sciences and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.

Sasha Mirchandani

Sasha Mirchandani is Founder & Managing Partner at Kae Capital and Co-founder of Mumbai Angels. Previously, he was at BlueRun Ventures as Managing Director for India. Before joining BlueRun Ventures he was CEO and Founder of Imercius Technologies. Prior to that he was at Mirc Electronics (Onida) where he was Head of Corporate Affairs and new business. Sasha sits on the Boards of Hathway Cable and Datacom Limited, Nazara Technologies Limited, Healthkart, YPO Gold Mumbai Chapter among others. He is a Charter Member at TiE Mumbai and was inducted into their 2019 Hall of Fame as an Outstanding Angel Investor. He is also a past President of Entrepreneurs Organisation (EO) Mumbai.

Srikanth is also a Co-founder and Trustee of Plaksha University, which focuses on core engineering, AIML, and mathematics, and promotes interdisciplinary learning by bringing together science and liberal arts. In addition, Srikanth is a member of the NASSCOM Executive Council, where he serves as a subject matter expert on data and AI. Prior to co-founding Fractal, he was an investment banker, working on structured debt and CDOs.

Srikanth’s passion for AI and analytics has made him a thought leader in the space and an admired public speaker. He considers himself a lifelong student of mathematics, behavioral economics, neuroscience, and consumer behavior. In his free time, Srikanth reads an average of 40 non-fiction books a year on these subjects, as well as memoirs, biographies, and books on leadership. He also actively follows US politics and American late-night talk shows, such as Stephen Colbert, Trevor Noah, Hassan Minhaj, and Jimmy Kimmel.

Srikanth completed his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, and holds an MBA in Management, Finance and Marketing degree from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.

Vivek Mohan

Vivek Mohan is a Managing Director at TPG Capital India based in Mumbai. He has created and been involved in over 7 investments totaling over $1.2Bn including Fractal Analytics and Jio Platforms at TPG. Prior to joining TPG in 2019, Vivek was a Vice President at TA Associates, where he headed technology coverage in South Asia. He was earlier part of investment banking teams at Morgan Stanley in Asia and Goldman Sachs in London.

Vivek was born, grew up and raised in India and has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta where he was an Aditya Birla Scholar, and B.E.(Honours) in electrical engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences, Pilani.
