Srikanth Velamakanni is the Co-founder, Group Chief Executive of Fractal Analytics. He is responsible for overall growth of the Fractal businesses, including the core business of providing analytics services to Fortune 500 companies, along with Fractal’s AI based product businesses: Qure.ai, Trial Run and Cuddle.ai

Srikanth is passionate about helping Fortune 500 companies leverage AI together with the power of behavioral sciences to make better decisions. Srikanth is a recognized thought leader in the AI space and heads NASSCOM’s AI & Data Sciences Council. He has also served on Government of India appointed AI initiatives.

A former investment banker, he co-founded Fractal 20 years ago.

Srikanth has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.

Srikanth considers himself a lifelong student of mathematics, behavioral economics, neuroscience and consumer behavior.

He has an MBA from India Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad, Bachelors in Accounting from Bangalore University, and Certified Financial Risk Manager from GARP.

Rohan Haldea is a Partner in the Tech & Telco team. Rohan joined Apax in 2007 and is based in the London office. He has both led and participated in a number of key deals including ThoughtWorks, Grupo Engineering, EVRY, GlobalLogic, iGATE, Tivit S.A. and Orange Switzerland. Rohan has also been actively involved in portfolio work at NXP Semiconductors. Rohan serves as a Director on the Boards of ThoughtWorks, EVRY and GlobalLogic. He also serves as co-CEO of the Apax Foundation.

Prior to joining Apax Partners, Rohan was an Associate at Bain Capital in their North American private equity division in New York, where he specialised in evaluating and executing transactions in the Industrial, Distribution and Retail sectors. Prior to that, Rohan was a consultant at McKinsey and Co. in India.

Rohan holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Sciences and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.

Shashank Singh is a Partner and Head of the India office of Apax Partners, the global Private Equity fund. Shashank joined Apax in London in 2004, before moving to India in 2007 to start Apax’s office there. His deals at Apax include Fractal Analytics, Healthium Medtech, Mannapuram Finance, Zensar Technologies, Shriram City Union Finance, Cholamandalam Finance, GlobalLogic, iGATE, Apollo Hospitals, TIM Hellas, Weather Investments, TDC, Bezeq and Synetrix.

Prior to joining Apax Partners, Shashank spent four years as a strategy consultant with Monitor Company in their London office.

Shashank serves on the boards of Fractal Analytics, Healthium Medtech, Zensar and SCUF, and previously served on the boards of GlobalLogic, iGATE Corporation Inc. (Nasdaq: IGTE) and Apollo Hospitals (NSE: APOLLOHOSP), and as Independent Non-Executive Director of Greatship India Limited. In addition, he serves as the Chairman of Dasra (leading not-for-profit in India), Trustee of the Apax Foundation, member of the South Asia Advisory Board of Harvard Business School and the Vice-Chancellors Circle of Advisers for India for the University of Cambridge.

Shashank has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Masters in Economics from Cambridge University and a BA (Honours) in economics from St. Stephen’s College (Delhi University).

Mr. Gulu Mirchandani is the Founder Chairman of the Onida Group. The flagship company of the Onida Group is MIRC Electronics. He is also Co-founder Chairman of Akasaka Electronics and Iwai Electronics. He was appointed as the President of Consumer Electronics & TV Manufacturer Association (CETMA) for two consecutive years in 1992 & 1994.

He was also the Chairman of the Bombay chapter of the World Presidents’ Organisation (WPO). He is also on the Boards of VIP Industries Limited and KEC International Limited among others. He is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and holds a degree in BE (Mechanical).

Gavin Patterson served as Chief Executive of BT Group from 2013-19. During his tenure at BT, he completed the UK rollout of the superfast fiber and started the deployment of ultrafast fiber. He led the £15 billion acquisition of EE, launched BT Sport, expanded BT’s cybersecurity practice and championed BT’s social purpose agenda. He joined BT in 2004 as MD Consumer and joined the board as CEO BT Retail in 2008. Prior to BT, he spent four years at Virgin Media and nine years at Procter & Gamble.

Patterson is a Non-Executive Director at British Airways plc Executive Chairman, Salesforce Europe, a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Co. and a Trustee of the British Museum. He graduated from Cambridge University with an MEng in Chemical Engineering.
